Stewart is exactly the person you want to introduce you to the wildlife on Skye. His knowledge and instincts are unmatched, and it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see these animals in the wild, guided by someone so familiar with them.
We had an incredible morning complete with golden eagles, otters, far-off stags, several different bird species, and sheep - boring for the locals, but cute for us tourists!
Highly recommend booking a tour with Stewart as part of your visit to Skye.

Head a great day exploring Skye with Stewart. Between bouts of wind/rain and gorgeous sunshine, we we able to find a family of red deer, several white-tailed eagles, mama otter and her pups playing on the rocks, and finally Stewart’s beloved “goldie” - a golden eagle soaring above the glenn. Stewart was kind and gracious and worked hard to get us in the best position to see the wildlife. Between wildlife sightings, the Skye landscape popped with color and contrast changing from one moment to the next. Even got to watch a sheepdog at work pushing a herd of sheep from one pasture into another, great fun! Great day spent in the Skye countryside.

Absolutely first class !
Stewart is highly knowledgeable , pleasant company and dedicated to ensuring his clients have the most wonderful experience.
If you don’t see what you’ve set out to see it won’t be for the lack of his expertise, knowledge and determination. I was treated to the most wonderful morning under his guidance seeing 5 different otters before lunch. Highly recommend

We had a superb time despite the weather being not very good with strong winds, rain & low clouds. Stewart took us to many different areas of Skye that we wouldn't know about to see the wildlife. His knowledge was very extensive & was so helpful with his advise on camera set ups. We had the best Golden Eagle experience we could have wished for, also had a good sighting of a White Tailed Eagle & many others. Well worth the money. Thank you Stewart. Andrew & Bianca.

Stewart is a friendly & knowledgeable nature guide.
New all the best places & shared his experience & tips that will remain with me.
Saw tutting stags but highlight had to be the pair of golden eagles. 1 perched within its favourite view spot.
Would highly recommend.

Stewart nous a partagé sa passion pour la faune de l’île de Skye et en particulier pour les aigles royaux et les aigles marins. Nous avons eu la chance d’en observer plusieurs! C’est un guide hors pair. De plus, il parle anglais de manière très accessible. Nous avons été captivés. À recommander sans réserve!

Stewart was an awesome guide. He took care to adapt the tour to the things we wanted to see. He knew the Isle of Skye very well: animals, of course, but land features, geology, and history as well. He was proud of his little island and it showed. My girls ages 9 and 11 had a blast. I would give 6 stars if possible. Definitely recommend.

Just back from a lovely day with Stewart, exploring the unique wildlife of Isle of Skye.
As a bird nerd, my main focus wasn't photography (pun intended) but identifying birds unknown to me as an east coast based American. Stewart is true professional, identifying for me the variety of birds mentioned in the other reviews, including the eagles and local song and shore birds. What is important to me is his devotion to doing right by the animals (keeping a distance, respecting their needs) and by the community - he offhandedly mentioned he has the personal permission of the largest landowner to access her property - the only local guide with that. He didn't need to ask for it - it was, though, the right thing to do. Thank you, Stewart, for a great intro to Skye wildlife!

We had a perfect morning. Seen a Golden Eagle and Deer and lots of other Birds. Stewart was a great guide gave much information and did everything to show us an Otter. But the Otters stayed away.

Had an amazing experience. I've always wanted to see an Eagle, stewart was great company, thought we weren't going to see anything but near the end we were treated to a fly past if a pair of golden eagles. Not only that but they came down on the hillside and through a spotter scope saw one eating its dinner. Once in a lifetime experience! Would highly recommend
