Pete our driver was very friendly, arrived on time and was knowledgeable about the city. Despite road closures around the Aviva stadium we were delivered directly to our hotel. Great job

Our flight was delayed and I was informed that the minivan would be unavailable due to the delay. I was then texted back to say that no other van was available and they could not fulfil the pre ordered transfer and will refund the money.

Very polite and funny driver, Morris. Even the flight was a little delayed and traffic jam in the city he kept telling stories and giving good hints.

Friendly driver, however...
I booked this knowing taxi half the price, but to make sure I would not be late for a meeting, in case the taxi rank was too busy
Booking was complicated. Driver was late, because for 2 people with hand luggage they decided to order minivan from across the city. We had to walk a long way to a car park with the driver, then wait stuck trying to exit the car park
The only reason I didn't switch to a taxi was that I had to pay online in advance :-(

Extremely punctual and friendly driver who made me feel comfortable traveling to Ireland for my the first time solo. I really appreciated the ride from Dublin airport to city center.

Driver on time and waiting with our name clearly displayed in arrivals lounge. Very friendly and helpful moving and loading/unloading luggage. Car was spotlessly clean and pleasant. Only fault we booked and paid for a 5 seater minivan, mainly to accommodate our luggage. What we actually got was a four pax car similar to a Renault Kangoo van (not sure exactly of make) but was definitely small and not a 5 seater minivan. After 24 hours travelling, arriving at nearly midnight on a freezing cold night with a young family I was not prepared to argue with the nice driver about the vehicle. All luggage was squashed in with a carry on case eventually having to go in the front passenger seat with my husband. Not ideal. Again I have no complaints on the driver but the vehicle was not what was booked and paid for.

On time, friendly transfer to/from airport. Car seat for our 2-year old toddler was installed and ready. David was wonderful!

After nightmarish flight scenarios spanning 3 days (of what should have been a direct 7 hour flight) Dublin Airport Collections was the only bright spot in our trip over to Dublin. The fast communication and willingness to help was a load off of our extremely stressed out minds. They gave us the only peace we had left which was easy travel once we finally landed. Thank you thank you!
