David O’Neill was AWESOME! Wonderful stories and stops along the way! Very knowledgeable…absolutely recommend! Do not recommend Ring of Kerry on your own…yes, I’m American.

We had Dave, not only did he have loads of information, engagement, the stops we made, the photos to even rescuing the weak stomach. Overall enjoyed the expereince and a great way to see Kerry laid back, with great food, stops and activities along the way.

I would absolutely recommend this tour. We enjoyed our humorous, kind driver and he was so smooth on the road! Had a ton of photo opportunities, nice little stops and a lovely lunch.

Our trip around the Ring of Kerry was wonderful, and our driver John made it all the better.
Part of the ring was closed, but John made the detour fun and interesting.
The trip had plenty of stops to get out and take pictures, John was incredibly knowledgeable of the scenery as well as the history of Ireland, and we even stopped for lunch.
Would highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see a lot in a day (weather recommending) and you’ll be lucky to have John as your guide!

Great way to spend a day. John was a wonderful guide and was very informative and knowledgeable about everything we saw along the way. There was no rush and we made numerous stops to enjoy the views and have chances to shop. Definetly recommend!

I booked this tour with my cousin and their service was amazing! We had an early train from Dublin which arrived in Killarney a bit late and they took us directly from the train station with the car to catch the bus that had already left a few minutes early to make us participate! They were kind and friendly, never had such a brilliant and helpful service before. The guide was very funny and precise, I highly recommend this tour to everybody, it has for sure the best price per quality!

Booked the ring of Kerry while myself and husband were down from Dublin. Absolutely great day out and abit of crack, Dave was very informative and entertaining throughout the tour, he couldnt do enough for you. Stopped at some lovely spots along the way. Red Fox pub is cool have the nicest Irish coffees, baileys coffee and pints of Guiness would love to revisit again next time down visiting. Highly recommend the tour to anyone.

What a great tour! The scenery was spectacular. The price was a true value. Dave O'Neill was engaging and informative. Don't miss the sheepherding demonstration, it's special. A very comfortable, enjoyable way to spend a day touring the stunning Ring of Kerry.

Although it was a rainy, windy morning for the tour, John, our driver, made the trip most enjoyable with his numerous stories and jokes! A very funny fellow!
I would say the highlight of the tour was the stop at a local sheep farm for a sheep herding demonstration. The tour was the right mix of scenery and stops and once the skies cleared a bit, the views were amazing!

Do the buses have bathrooms or are there bathrooms at the stops along the way?

No bathrooms on the bus, but you are not on the bus long between stops. There are bathrooms at non-scenic stops.

I'm curious if this Full-Day Tour will be a repeat experience. Let me explain.
I take a train from Dublin to Killarney for a night. I'm interested into taking the "Hop On, Hop Off" bus offered by Killarney Shuttle Bus.
The next day, we drive to Kenmare, to meet up with our fellow relatives (10+). The group is considering taking a "Ring of Kerry" bus tour.
My concern:
a) I'll drive from Killarney to reach Kenmare.
b) The group will drive from Kenmare to Killarney to take the Ring of Kerry Tour.
c) Then group will then drive the return trip from Killarney to Kenmare.
My question:
Should I skip the "Hop On, Hop Off" bus tour from Killarney? It seems to cover many of the same sites as the "Ring of Kerry" bus tour.
I worry my (3) car trips between Killarney and Kenmare, and (2) tour bus adventures will be redundant.
Thanks for your thoughts!
PS: We'll be in Kenmare for 4 days, and will attend the "Kenmare Fair" on Aug 15, 2018.
