Amazing experience. We flew with Sam and he was so friendly and enthusiastic. My daughter has SEN and Sam was amazing with her. Top class ifly MK.

It was a really good experience for my birthday so enjoyable however The instructor was not letting me do the high fly and let everyone else do it and it really disappointed me . The instructors name was Libby (She generally was good but I think can improve)

Booked this for my son & to be honest the whole thing was very disappointing. On arrival I asked the receptionist how long she would recommend we pay to park-she told us about an hour & a half!
My son was kitted out & he is 6ft 3, his instructor Nora whilst very nice was very tiny. She told us he would have 2 flights which I thought was great. Little did we know that everything was done & dusted within 5 minutes. Nora looked like she was struggling to hold onto my son on both “flights” & as I say before we knew it, it was all over!!
So much for 1.5 hrs parking! The whole experience was severely lacking & I won’t be recommending it to anyone I’m afraid.
What a waste of money.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS!!!!
How iFly can justify the amount they charge for what you get is totally beyond me! £36 per child (we had 2) for 2 lots of 50 seconds worth of just bring held by an instructor. Then an additional £20 for EVERY high fly which consisted of about 10 seconds of going a bit higher in the tunnel which is still within your original 50 seconds and not on top!!!
I also paid £10 each for some very poor photos. If you want the videos they took they are an additional £10 for 7 seconds of film!!!!
This has been the worst experience money wise we have ever paid for our children.
The cost is the what all bad reviews are about and the replies always say they will take your views in consideration but prices have just increased.
SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

It's a fun experience but like many people have said it's a total rip off. And ifly don't seem to care. The chief executive even starts the post flight survey with 'if there's anything we can do other than offer more flights for less cost' which to me, is ignoring the issue. I can see from reviews that in 2023 it was £10 or £15 extra to do a high fly and now it's £20. It takes a few seconds and should be included in every flight or cost of maximum £10 per go. I understand ifly has costs, expensive wind tunnels and staff but it's run like a factory and is way overpriced!!! They need to actually listen to the reviews. The up sales are tacky and give impression of not caring at all for customers. Yes I had a good time but it's a rip off for sure.

Excellent check in and welcome, very professional instruction by (Josh). Great experience loved by all youngest 12 yrs old right up to the adults.

Let me first say that the kids quite enjoyed (though were not blown away by) iFly. So why the one star rather than a higher rating?
1) It is important to be clear on what you get. For your £49 intro, you get two one-minute "flights" in the wind tunnel with an instructor. I note in another review that iFly claim they are very clear/explicit about flight times, but I would question that. What iFly actually states upfront on the website is "Equivalent free-fall time of 3 real skydives". Given 'real' free-fall time is usually anywhere from 30s to 90s depending on your altitude when you jump, factually fair enough, but for the majority of folks who don't know what happens on a sky-dive, the positioning comes across as unclear at best, deceitful at worst. BTW you can find the actual time information if you look hard enough, but it is (a) buried at the bottom of the page and (b) several clicks away vs. the disingenuous statement quoted above which is presented front and centre.
2) The additional major driver for the one star review is iFly's aggressive and exploitative upselling tactics. Firstly the pricing is high and the offer is unclear: for example £15 for a "High Flight", which sounds great - but which appears (from watching today) to be 5-10 seconds at an additional 'altitude' of 1-2M. YMMV, but not clearly presented beforehand and simply not a good value proposition for me. BTW it was stated by an instructor a priori that the "High Flight" was 30 seconds of flight time, but we didn't witness that at all.
The more egregious issue is that the upselling appears to be repeatedly and cynically aimed directly at the kids (upfront during the briefing; during the flight and then at the end - when the kids who have not chosen extras are made to wait and watch the people who have). I understand the psychology - the kids say "yes" (and/or are made to feel bad) and the parents are then loathe to say no. But it feels sneaky, fundamentally exploitative of minors and unacceptable.
Both aspects leave a nasty taste in the mouth about the franchise - there are clearly ways to communicate things clearly, and then folks can make a decision as to whether the iFly experience is worth it, but this felt deliberately underhanded. We won't be going back.

Regarding the flight times, iFLY offers a simulated free-fall experience that replicates what you would experience in an outdoor skydive, where free-fall typically lasts between 30-60 seconds depending on altitude. We strive to ensure that this information is clearly presented both on our website and during the booking process, though we’ll certainly review your points to ensure we can be even clearer for future guests.
As for the High Flight, it is an optional add-on designed to enhance the sensation of skydiving by flying at higher altitudes in the wind tunnel. We understand that expectations around this part of the experience may differ, and we appreciate your feedback regarding its presentation and perceived value.
Finally, we’re sorry to hear that the upselling felt targeted toward the children. Our goal is to offer enhancements to the experience, but we take your concerns seriously and will review how this is communicated to ensure all guests feel comfortable with their choices.

Booked an iFly experience for my son as a surprise. From start to finish, excellent and very friendly, professional staff. We had instructor Libby who made everybody feel very welcome and relaxed, she was fab with making everyone feel special and have the best time they could. She made conscious efforts to make sure family/parents could get amazing photos whilst waiting outside. My son had an amazing time and would definitely recommend and go back! Thanks MK team :-)

Really enjoyed this. The experience is short but intense so more than enough. Special shout out to our instructor Steven who was generally fantastic and particularly fantastic with my daughter who developed pre-flight nerves. Steven took the time to speak to her and put her at ease. She ended up enjoying it so much she did the high fly.
One gripe - our experience consisted of 2 flights each but if you pay the extra for the high fly that counts as one of your flights so then had to pay extra for an additional flight. This isn't made clear at all so beware.

The whole process takes that amount of time, training, getting into kit, waiting etc. we only flew for around 5 mins. You can add on extra flight minutes when you’re there.
