Fantastic way to see the city

Mike took us on a sight seeing tour of Manchester. His knowledge is excellent and he explains things in a lively and engaging way. We learnt a lot about the City, its history and heritage during our tour which was perfect as we were only there for a couple of days. Also, my Mum is disabled and in a wheelchair. Mike was lovely with her. He secured her in her wheelchair into the cab, and during the tour he spoke to her directly, telling her which way to look to see something, and sometimes repositioned his cab on a stop to make sure she could see. He made her feel included. It was no bother to him to get Mum out of the cab for stops where we did get out to take photos. He took photos of us all too at photo stops - way better than selfies! Absolutely 100% recommend.

Real Gentleman Mike

Mike is a great person. The day before he gave us very professional advice and made us a generous offer for over 6 hours, including pick-up from the airport. Because we missed our flight, he refunded us the amount we had paid without hesitation. He didn't have to. Therefore 5 stars for a real gentleman. Many thanks Mike
