We had reserved 4 hours on December 25: 200 euros. A disaster. A few anecdotes. The last hour our "Scout" did not know what to do with us and dragged us into the neighborhood where he lived without any interest. He ended the visit 1/4 hour before by announcing that it would cover the tip!!!
I have been in touch with customer service since December 28th. No answer since then. It's a shame!

Nikolas is a 30-year resident and with that experience provides an engaging yet concise tour of the old town, Petite France, and cathedral. He is open to questions and is willing to shift his attention to focus on your interests. His tour packs a lot of value and makes going off on your own more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Awesome experience. Loved our guide and the low key vibe. He was willing to do the full two hour tour even in the rain and gave us lots of good advice on additional things to do/see for the rest of our stay.

I always like doing these types of tours. It's nice to get to know a city from the perspective of a local. Jose did a great job of guiding us through the city and showing us all of the important sites. Got to ask a lot of questions about day to day activities of a person living in Strasbourg.

Great fun and personal to take a tour of the city with a local. Much more fun than a tour of which you are 1 of 50!
Our Guide was very interested in our wishes. We have learned an awful lot about Strasbourg. Recommended!

Our companion was punctual and very friendly. But she had no idea about Strasbourg, she had to look up the simplest questions on her smartphone and just took us for a nice walk through the city. That was not what was promised and instead an expensive, silent companion...

Our guide Christophe contacted us early on and even reserved a cute restaurant for the evening before our tour.
He showed us places that most tourists don't get to see.
We walked with him for 6 hours. It was exhausting but also very nice and informative. He also gave us plenty of tips for the rest of our stay. Thank you Christophe!

Fabiana was a great host and guide. She took us to the not to be missed spots and was very knowledgeable about the current and historical aspects about Strasbourg. It was a very pleasant walking experience and I would highly recommend it on your first day in Strasbourg - the city is beautiful during Christmas

A great visit with Mauricio with our 2 boys aged 11 and 13. I already knew Strasbourg having come there several times for work but we all discovered superb places with excellent comments and anecdotes from Mauricio.
We had more than 2 hours 45 minutes of visits and it was really interesting!
