Very informative and entertaining guide. Definitely worth doing the tour as we saw and learned things we wouldn't have done otherwise. Learning about the history of Bordeaux was very interesting.

Very good and informed guide. Some times her flow from French into English meant that I would miss some of the points as I was only waiting for the English comment. She gave us a good understanding of the city and revealed many facts that were new to me.

Bordeaux est l’une des plus belles villes que j’ai visitées en Europe et selon moi la plus belle ville de France mais je ne l’es ai pas toutes visitées. Entre châteaux, nature et pierres de cathédrales, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

A good walking tour. I felt that there was too much history at the beginning, but the walk then had references to many of the historic events.

I really enjoyed this 2hr walking tour through the old city. The guide ( English speaking) was so knowledgeable and Bordeaux has so many beautiful historic buildings - I could have seen them myself but not had nearly as good an experience. €12 was fantastic value. Tip: wear comfy shoes for the cobbled streets!

Two hours well spent. A great walking tour with our guide Alexandre and his good mix of introducing history, wine, restaurants, and interesting stories.

The joining instructions were very poor I had details of the ending point but only a tiny map of starting point . This is why I never made it even the locals struggled to understand . Hence I never made it !

Super walking tour! The guide spoke both in English and French we all had ear sets so we could hear every word. I would suggest you take the early tour as it can get very hot, the guide made sure to stop where there was shade. The ground was mainly level and flat but if you have reduced mobility you would have some trouble keeping up. Great value for money. I went on my last day in the city so it was nice to put much of what I had seen into historic and cultural perspective.

Hi. When I was in Bordeaux in 2013 staying in an exchange apartment for 3 weeks, I went wine tasting in an establishment on the Rue St. Catherine amongst all the chic boutiques. It was wonderful. The employees knew the wines of the area very well. You could choose to taste which consisted of the employee showing you a map of the all the wine regions of Bordeaux and then tasting different wines from different areas. Do you know that name of this place? My friend is going to Bordeaux and wants to go there. Thank you very much,

Is there a limit to how many people on a guided City Sights Wlaking Tour? I want to book for 12 people (adults) but the booking system is limited to 9. English speaking guide needed.
