We went and enjoyed it but the audio equipment they gave us sometimes never worked...that let it down slightly apart from that it was a very impressive structure and am glad we went.

We bought the city pass in the smaller office at the place der la bourse, and the staff was very helpful in explaining how to make the most of it, including recommending the best routes to get to the different sights. When we asked for ideas regarding visiting a wine yard they recommend us to go to the big tourist office. There is a special counter for wine yards, and the lady there, Isabel, was really phantastic! She explained many options and did her best to choose two tours for us which could be interesting for our son (12) as well. She even called one place with free wine tasting in order to make sure it's still open, so that we wouldn't drive there in vain. We really recommend to go there, obviously they love their job and love to help tourists! 5 stars, we are so happy we went there!!

Great information, kind and competent bilingual guide, overall a good experience and must-do in Bordeaux! Got lots of specific information and all my questions were answered by the guide(s).
I particularly liked that it wasn't a typical sales-promotion tour, where one gets the impression that the main purpose of the trip was to sell you overpriced stuff. I.e. there are no sales pitches or special offers for participants, putting you under pressure and trigger the FOMO (fear of missing out) in you.
OTOH, that also means it's not a good idea to buy/order any wine at any of the visited Châteaux, as they're apparently obliged to sell their wines for the official list price, which will be higher than the market price for most of the "normal" wines. For example, a 2018 Château Prieuré-Lichine was sold for 48 EUR per bottle, although you can currently find it on the market for up to 10 EUR less.

i enjoyed the Guide, he was so nice and gave us some free time at St emilion. our Bus was a bit late which is why our wine tasting came a bit short. nevertheless the Guide tried everything to give us a good time and it was still very enjoyable :)

Zéro assistance. Nous avons acheté un voyage organisé sur le site Web et l'opérateur proposé nous a refusé l'embarquement. Ils ne nous ont pas aidés à résoudre la situation et m'ont dit de m'entendre avec l'opérateur.
J'ai parlé en anglais avec l'agent et elle a fait des commentaires désobligeants en français avec un autre collègue, pensant que je ne comprendrais pas ce qu'ils disaient.

Nous avons bien pris connaissance de votre commentaire que nous regrettons.
Vous avez acheté 2 places sur notre site internet pour une excursion vignoble le 20 novembre 2021 en demi-journée organisée par un prestataire lequel n’a pu vous faire embarquer car vous vous êtes présentés à trois avec un enfant de moins de 12 ans non réservé ni signalé auparavant.
Lorsque vous êtes venu chez nous, le remboursement était impossible (cf. Conditions générales de vente) et si un remboursement est effectué le jour de la prestation à titre exceptionnel, il est indispensable d’avoir l’accord du prestataire.
Les conseillers en séjour ont fait leur maximum pour trouver une solution. Le prestataire a finalement accepté de faire un geste commercial en acceptant de vous rembourser la moitié de la somme que vous aviez engagée.
Nous sommes donc très surpris de votre commentaire car toute l’équipe est toujours soucieuse de conseiller et aider au mieux nos visiteurs.

Visite très agréable avec un guide qui nous apprends plein de choses sur la région et le vin. Escale à Saint Emilion avec la visite de l'eglise, puis rendez-vous dans un chateau pour la dégustation d'un grand cru bordelais où le sommelier nous a très bien accueilli.
Pour ce tarif très abordable l'excursion a été au delà de mes espérances. Si vous n'avez pas le temps de faire une visite plus poussée sur une journée complète cette excursion est une bonne alternative.
A noter que le bus peut embarquer jusqu'à 50 personnes donc ce n'est pas très intimiste.
