unfortunately they forgot us!
we made a stopover in Bordeaux to discover the city in a fun / quick way with a guide on an e-scooter.
We were at the agreed location at the agreed time (10:00 am), but there was no sign of the guide and the shop was also closed. After 30 minutes we left
the indicated telephone number on site rang but even after trying 10 times no one answered!
the only positive thing is that we were paid back quickly because we had to pay for this arrangement in advance!!

The tour started out a bit rocky — the Company had moved its location the day before and did not update its website or call or text. Luckily, a woman on the street typed in the new address. Once we arrived, we were unable to navigate the e-scooters on the busy streets of Bordeaux. The guide quickly substituted e-bikes and gave us a full two hour tour. We saw much of the city we would not have seen on our own. The Company is very eager to please and very accommodating. I would give them a try!

Trip didn’t take place as we turned up but they weren’t aware we were coming. The two people were very friendly and tried to help but their boss wasn’t in so he told them over the phone that it wasn’t possible to do today. They took my contact details to refund me.

Hello, and sorry for that, we didn't received your reservation we were supposed to be closed at this date and it was closed on our planning because no guide available, but the web site viator open the date instead of us...
that's why nobody was there for you

Nous avons eu Clément comme guide. Il a vraiment pris le temps d'expliquer, pose photo, explications en français et anglais. 2h est uen bonne durée pour ce circuit. Nous recommandons ! 😁

Fantastic tour, lots of laughs, the French are suicidal allowing these things on their streets.
