Great pleasure from start to finish! Top organization, precise pilot (René), vigilant and who knows the southern sector of Fontainebleau by heart.
We even saw the Montparnasse Tower and the Eiffel Tower! For Kilimanjaro, it will be for another time (joke with René)!
Close-knit team and very friendly.
The wind carried us from the Château de la Brosse to the rich farmland where the harvest took place in the setting sun. A deer ran away and a family of ruffled lapwings was scared when we were down on the fields!

Concise and fast handling and explanations. Transfer in 4/4 to the place of takeoff 15 minutes... Implementation of equipment and briefing very well done.
1 hour flyover with explanation and soft landing accompanied by a cup of cream and a beautiful diploma!

The experience was extraordinary and I recommend it. The organization was very good and the organizers on top.
One downside for pilot René, who was ours. Indeed, I found that we had not been as high as the other 2 balloons and this gentleman was not very pleasant at the end of the trip.
We were annoyed and we all participated in putting the ball away so as not to waste too much time and he thanked us by explaining that he was in a hurry to get home and by hurrying us to finish our drink.
We understand that you do very long days but if finishing late is a problem, customers do not have to suffer your mood.

We had an amazing experience! The views were breathtaking, and Jean Philippe was so kind and professional. He spoke to us in English, which was wonderful. From start to finish, we had so much fun. They even went above and beyond to make sure we made it to the train station (and helped us get tickets!) in time to get the last train back to Paris. Highly recommend!

From April 24 to May 7, 2024 my partner and I took a magnificent and unforgettable trip to India. Our trip was organized by the Ashok Travel agency company. The entire trip was organized by Ashok keeping in mind what we wanted to visit and experience. First of all, we would like to say how satisfied we are with the professionalism of Ashok and all his staff, which allowed us to have a unique experience. From the Ashok team we met extraordinary and very human people. Whether it was Ashok, the various guides or even our driver Raj, they all showed great respect by offering us impeccable service. We had the chance to develop special bonds with certain guides including Vijay, which led us to discuss our different cultures and to better understand the daily life of the Indian population. Regarding our driver Raj, we spent several days with him, as he drove us to different places with considerable distances. Road traffic in India has nothing to compare with that of Canada, we were lucky that Raj was able to put us at ease with his professionalism and calm. At no time were we afraid of being in this heavy traffic because we felt safe. We developed sincere bonds with Raj, his good humor and his joy in being our guide immediately put us at ease which allowed us to develop a great relationship. In addition to visiting different parts of India, we had the immense pleasure of attending the Indian wedding of our Punjabi friend in the city of Ludhiana. What an experience!! Our stay in India allowed us to thrill all our senses in abundance. The beauty of the architecture because of its history, the rich colors of the clothes worn, the multiple flavors of the food because of its spices, the sound of the traffic horns, but above all the warmth of the human contact we had with the people. We returned home with hearts filled with joy and love for these people. In conclusion, no matter what country we may find ourselves in, it is the people around us that make all the difference.
Thank you Raj for your good humor, your constant smile and your respect towards us! Thank you to all the guides for educating us on the richness of your history! Thank you Ashok for making our trip a rich experience that we promise to relive one day!

Very disappointing service where it is important to note that the highlighting of the flight over the castle and the forest of Fontainebleau only corresponds to the support of passengers to take a collective vehicle.
The takeoff, which was supposed to be very close to the Château de Fontainebleau, was not respected, which does not correspond to the presentation on the internet.
From the meeting point next to the castle, via 2 vehicles, we took the direction of Lorrez-le-Bocage-Préaux located at GPS point 48°14'1.88''N 2°53'56.87''E at 30 kms and ½ hour drive, far from the castle, to hover in the sky with the pretty Château de la Motte as the only point of interest, with the only real point of interest. Disappointment was on their faces.
An hour later, we landed in a field a few hundred meters from our starting point.
After landing, we were asked to help deflate the balloon. We were asked to help fold and store the balloon envelope, which was not the case on our previous flight.
For the Toast des Aérostiers, there was only sparkling wine without savory cakes, but it was a very pleasant moment.
When we flew over the temples of Bagan as we did, it was a very, very big disappointment.
The France Montgolfière team was made up of 3 people including the pilot.
Jean-Philippe Villard was very friendly, but what a disappointment for this flight where we barely flew over anything.
It should also be noted that when the hot air balloon burners generate flames to heat the air in the envelope in order to make it lighter, this generates very intense heat which almost burns you despite wearing a cap recommended in clothing advice.
If you are located at the ends of the nacelle, and not under the protection plates, as we were placed, the burners generate intense heat, and it is very, very hot, which is very unpleasant. Fortunately, we were able to change places with the other passengers who were all very friendly.

Excellent experience. Formidable! Flying in a balloon was my greatest wish and my worst nightmare: I have conquered my fears! Beautiful and calm walk. Our pilot: Rene, a genius and Jean Philippe another genius too. We recommend it and we wish you an incredible experience like ours!! 💜

We had a fantastic time and felt very safe. The team was welcoming and professional. The views were fantastic and now we want to go on another of their rides in a different region.
It was a little difficult to find a date, as our first was cancelled due to weather conditions, but that's just how it is with hot air balloons. Great experience once we got there :)

Accueil non convivial.
Un certain Antonio est fortement déconseillé durant le vol , très désobligeant et sait se moquer de vous par des propos arrogants.
Je ne recommande pas du tout, je me suis ennuyée à en mourir, aucune explication sur ce que nous survolons.
essaie de nous faire peur, et plaisante ironiquement sur ce que nous sommes+++
N'a vraiment pas sa place dans ce genre d'animation qui devrait être riche culturellement.
Jamais, je n'offrirai un tel cadeau et jamais je ne recommanderai ce vol.

Nous comprenons votre déception de ne pas avoir pu emmener votre chien dans la nacelle et dans les airs.
Notre équipe au sol a toutefois pris grand soin de « Sockette » pendant toute la durée du vol, jusqu’à vous l’amener à l’atterrissage.
Antonio a également su prendre de ses nouvelles par radio pendant le vol.
Désolé encore que cette contrariété ait gâché votre expérience.

Nous avons offert cette belle aventure à mes parents pour un anniversaire.
Même à 70 ans, ils ont retrouvé leurs âmes d'enfants.
Et nous étions ravis de pouvoir voir l'installation de la montgolfière. Bravo à l'équipe bien rodée.
