Myriam was such a welcoming & hospitable host!! Each dish we helped make was delicious & perfect!! The food was fresh & outstanding!! We loved every minute & would come to her home again!! Highly recommend!!

Small group cooking class in Paris

Miriam was warm and engaging. Took us on Metro to markets at Serge and then guided us to cook an interesting mix of food which we consumed. Good companions Thoroughly enjoyable

Great Experience

This was an awesome experience. Chef Carole was wonderful. She was very hospitable from the beginning and she taught us the meal we made step by step. She’s is very professional on teaching what to do. She made us fell welcomed in her place and my family and I felt so comfortable. I would definitely make another reservation with chef Carole if I come back to Paris to visit.

Una nueva y deliciosa experiencia
Muy bonita experiencia. No teníamos muchos días en Paris y decidimos dejar de estresarnos por querer conocer y hacer mil cosas en tan pocos días, así que decidimos probar algo nuevo y divertido. Recomiendo por completo ir al mercado con la Chef Myriam, ya que podrán ver la gran variedad de productos de muy buena calidad que uno puede encontrar, además de souvenirs a un muy buen precio. La clase en si fue muy entretenida y aprendimos a hacer una receta muy simple pero deliciosa. La Chef nos envío al día siguiente la receta para poder aplicar lo aprendido en casa. Otra sorpresa que a mi parecer le dio un valor extra a la experiencia, fue la hermosa vista desde el departamento de la Chef; además de la linda compañía de su perrito (al momento de comenzar la clase se fue a dormir al cuarto). Una clase muy didáctica, conversación amena, ambiente cómodo y comida espectacular… todo esto hizo que sea una experiencia muy agradable que uno debería tomar si quiere probar algo nuevo y relajante en una de las capitales culinarias mas importantes del mundo. Muchas gracias Chef Myriam, supo contentar el corazón y estómago de tres peruanos a los que les gusta la buena comida :)

Estimado Aleben, Agradecemos sinceramente tus amables palabras y nos complace saber que disfrutaste de tu experiencia con nosotros. Nos alegra saber que decidiste dejar atrás el estrés de querer hacer muchas cosas en pocos días y optaste por probar algo nuevo y divertido. Recomendamos encarecidamente ir al mercado con la Chef Myriam, ya que ofrece una amplia variedad de productos de alta calidad y souvenirs a precios muy convenientes. La clase en sí fue entretenida y aprendimos a preparar una receta sencilla pero deliciosa. La Chef nos envió la receta al día siguiente para que pudiéramos aplicar lo aprendido en casa. Además, nos alegra saber que apreciaste la hermosa vista desde el apartamento de la Chef y disfrutaste de la agradable compañía de su perro (que, como bien mencionas, se fue a dormir al comenzar la clase). Nos esforzamos por brindar un ambiente cómodo, una conversación amena y una comida espectacular. Estamos encantados de haber creado una experiencia agradable para ti y tus compañeros peruanos amantes de la buena comida. Loved it! Fun experience. Chef was so patient and helpful. Learned some new culinary techniques and quite a bit about spices indigenous to France. End results was delicious! And, the view from the apartment gave us a unique view of Paris.

Fun Parisian cooking experience

The cooking class was fun. We met the cook, Carol, at her flat in the 11e, a varied neighbhorhood, less touristic than the central neighbhoods. Carol, who is lively, smart, creative, and very ecologically minded, brought us to her beloved outdoor market where we shopped for ingredients to help her prepare tomato tarts with a frozen crème fraiche and cottage cheese sorbet (an original combination), a stew of turkey rumps with pasta and julienned zucchini, and a strawberry tartlet for dessert. Carol is a journalist and we had good conversations over the meal. I would definitely recommend this culinary experience with Carol.

Food amazing, venue incredible views over Paris..Chef Myriam and us sourced the freshest ingredients from a local market..that in itself was an experience.

Delightful lunch preparation

Chef Myriam was a delight!
If you’re looking for an all around great cooking experience, this class is what you’re looking for. Chef Myriam was a delight. She was so knowledgeable and provided delicious recipes for our class. My daughter and I were late to the class due to traffic and she couldn’t have been more gracious. Her apartment had the most beautiful view overlooking Paris which definitely added to the experience. Highly recommend doing this class if you want to learn about local cuisine.
