Prompt and knowledgeable guide. Fantastic driver . Great experience with some Flex time to do what you wanted to do on your own; great first intro for my daughter who’d never been. Driver was prompt and courteous and took care of all of us. Guide was friendly and easy to understand .

The whole experience was fantastic. Sophie our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging with our group. I highly recommend this trip if you’re going to Versailles.

The hotel pick up was extremely convenient and during the cold months it's nice not to have to wait for the bus, but it's quite expensive as you might imagine compared to other modes of transportation. If I visited agai. I would probably do a private pick up or taxi and enter the palace on my own, download an app and listen to the history at my own pace and leave when I want either via taxi or bus. This would work well especially with kids who can get bored after a couple of hours.

Hotel pickup went smooth,driver was amazing and gave great information along the way. Guide Miriam was pleasant and made the tour better with great storytelling.

Great trip today to Versailles with our most informative Driver Pasqual. Then guided through the amazing rooms of the palace by our informative guide, Myriam. I must see on your trip to Paris.

Driver picked us up punctually at the agreed upon meeting spot and then picked up another small group. We arrived early at Versailles and had time to grab a coffee etc…before meeting the tour guide in Versailles.
The tour guide Maryann was very good and informative. The tour of the palace was about 2 hours in length. We then had 1-3/4 hours to explore the gardens before van picked us up to return to Paris.
The only enhanced feature to make the experience even better would be if the driver would have given us some narration or fun facts along the drive to and from Versailles.
We had a great day and enjoyed the trip.

Versaille Drivers both ways were terrific
Was not as impressed with our guide. Versaille was very crowded and she stated she did not want to carry a flag. And was sometimes hard to find. Could tell she loved her work. Very informative.

Highly recommend this tour. We were picked up at our hotel by Gamini and driven safetly to Versailles. We were 2 of 4 on our tour which was great. Our tour guide Sophie was very knowledgable and her sweet personality made the tour even more enjoyable.

Great tour, we did a half day tour with pickup at our hotel. Everything went smoothly. Our driver was great, and our tour guide Miriam was awesome. It was pretty crowded during our time but she managed to get us through the palace with no issue. I definitely recommend using a tour guide as there is so much great history to learn.

Patrick did a great job on the tour, Christian is a very informative driver. I am glad we went on this tour. As a point for improvement; I would like to have a bit more in-depth information and less “free time”. 2 hours to walk around the gardens un-guided was way more than we needed.

Our tour included the Marie Antoinette apartment (opened after renovation), the hallway of mirrors, a few of the Royal rooms (I guess you may call them royal apartments).
I recommend you ask the tour agency as well :)
