It is the most DISHONEST company I have ever had contact with. They have no empathy, they don't want to help the customer, they treat tourists like TRASH. Tripadvisor shouldn't let this type of company offer services here. In the face of any adverse situation, they don't want to help, the situation is like this, your problem, f*** you.

Wegen der enormen Verspätung unseres Zuges nach Paris versuchte ich die Buchung bereits im Zug zu stornieren. Dies gelang nicht weil die Website TripAdvisor nicht zu erreichen war.

This tour has 100% no refund policy and they will not return your money if you can not find the meeting place. They sent out the wrong time by email on the day of my tour and confused me. Also very poor directions do not tell you the meeting point is not on the Effiel tower grounds. Unfortantly we never found the place to pick up the tickets. So I'm out 159 dollars. I will never arrange a tour with them again. I recommend a tour that sends you the tickets ahead of time so you don't have to wander all over Paris trying to find a meeting point. Very disorganized concept. Hope this saves future travelers some grief.

For the Eiffel Tower,our tour guide was fantastic, cheerfully giving instructions in 3 languages. We could only get the 2nd level but it was fantastic, with great views. We chose to walk down, which was an easy walk. The location of the meeting place was a bit difficult to find. Allow extra time to find it.. Our wait time was greatly reduced with this skip the line ticket, but there was still a short wait to go through the 2nd security. The illuminations cruise was the highlight of the trip. Seeing the tower lit up was breathtaking. We got in the line at 8:45 PM for the cruise, so not sure which one we were on (the 9:00 or 9:30), but the timing was perfect to see the tower light up.

Eiffel Tower:
The Eiffel tower 'skip the queue' ticket was definitely worth it. My partner and I went on a hot day and were grateful not to be waiting to buy a ticket for hours in the sun!
I've read some reviews complaining about the queues for security but this ticket gave us access to the (shorter!) pre-booked tickets queue and we got in quickly. I definitely didn't mind the sight queue here as I would be concerned if 'skip the queue' equalled 'skip security' as some people seem to have mistaken it for!
The woman we met with (Claire I think her name was) was absolutely lovely. She sent the rest of the group on (as this package isn't a guided tour that wasn't an issue!) and waited for us to arrive as we got lost on the way. She even stayed on the phone with us as we found our way to the entrance so she could help direct us and translate if she needed to.
And of course the Eiffel Tower itself was amazing!
River Cruise:
This part of the package let it down unfortunately. I'd advise just buying the Eiffel Tower tickets if you can and queuing for the river cruise on the day, as there is only one line for everyone (whether you've got supposed 'skip the queue' tickets or not) and so this ticket saved us no time at all. We ended up queuing for over an hour.
Fortunately the sights once we were on the boat were worth it and as soon as we saw Paris lit up in the dark all was forgiven (mostly!).
Overall my partner and I had a lovely time but, if I were to do it again, I'd save money and just buy the Eiffel Tower ticket and save getting the cruise ticket for the day itself.
