Adam was an amazing tour guide. The Louvre is huge and confusing. In 3 hours he was able to show us amount of sculpture as well as all the most important paintings. His timing was impeccable as he was able to get us to see the Mona Lisa with nobody else around. He was amazing!

We toured with Adam. He was so knowledgeable! He was also very funny! We learned so much and throughly enjoyed our time with him. After the tour he sent us a great email with lots of suggestions for eating, shopping and some etiquette tips that proved very useful! We would definitely book with him again.

Fat Cat tours rocks! Violette made my mother and I’s experience of Paris so much richer and memorable with her expert knowledge and vibrant personality. I can’t recommend this tour guide company enough! Vive le gros chat!

Adam is hands down the most interesting person you’ll ever meet. He has an extensive background in both science and art and brings that lens to the tour. I’m just not an art museum person and was fully expecting to be bored while shuffling through a crowd of people, but Adam was absolutely phenomenal. He brought so much depth to each piece, touching on the political, social, religious historical aspects that brought the art to life and made the tour incredibly engaging. I’d recommend this tour for anyone and everyone, it’s a fantastic learning experience for all ages and no one will be bored. I wish I could bring Adam with me everywhere to explain my whole life, he was just that good.

Adam is absolutely amazing. The most interesting, fun and energetic tour. We learnt so much and the kids loved it. Best tour guide I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!!

Adam is the best!! Not only was the tour super fun and entertaining, my kids (12 and 16) learned a lot as did my husband and I. I’m not much for a tour group but I wanted to skip the line at the louvre so I booked this tour for that purpose; and I’m so glad I did! Adam is engaging, knowledgeable (Phd), and downright funny. Also, he is very easy to understand with no strong accent and easy to hear with a one piece earpiece. Go team Adam!!

My son and I just returned home from 4 days in Paris together. My first time, and his 4th. We had Violette give us a private tour of the Louvre and we were both blown away by the experience. In the past, he's enjoyed walking the museum and exploring on his own. But this experience gave him a deeper understanding of the pieces. She took us into rooms that not everyone knew about. She had secret ways to get there and kept us moving without feeling exhausted. Her energy is inspiring, and her knowledge is extensive. She is clearly passionate about her love for Paris and these pieces of art. Head pieces made receiving the information very easy. I highly recommend doing a private tour while at the Louvre - worth the money.
