Violette was absolutely fantastic! I have been on many guided tours and this was the top one. She is very passionate about Paris and history. Her enthusiasm about the art and history makes the tour both entertaining and educational. Small group size made navigating a busy area much easier (plus Violette is assertive and makes space for the group)

Adam was a fantastic guide. We learned a lot in a fun and engaging way while seeing some of what is considered the louvre highlights as well as some wonderful items we would have missed on our own. Highly recommend this tour with Adam.

Doing the masterpiece tour with Fat Cat was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a museum. Most of the time, I wander around wondering why something is important or how can I tell that a piece is important. Adam helped explain both on this tour. Along with this, he was engaging, funny, & knowledgeable.

Violette Andre was my tour guide. She was fantastic. Can't recommend her highly enough. Her English was perfect, she was personable, and found quiet places to talk even where there were crowds.
We started in the original part of the Louvre when it was a fortress, then past sphinx to Venus de milo. From there traversed beautiful hall to hall designed by same architect as Hall of Mirrors in Versailles. Then onto bejeweled crowns, Winged Victory, crowning of Napoleon, and Libertee. Concluded w painting by Raphael, the Mona Lisa, and works by same sculptor who did Josephine Bonaparte at villa Borghese.
This tour may be a bit more expensive than others --I paid 149E plus 17E for entrance ticket--but it was worth every penny. Can't recommend Violette or tour highly enough.

Adam was so unbelievably informative and passionate about the pieces he was showing us! He really knew how to keep our attention and make it interesting for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and even adds some comedy to your tour. We loved him!!

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Paris. Violette was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the Louvre really special. We will definitely book Violette again for other tours!

Team Adam is a "Tour de' Force"! Just the most damn fun you can have touring a museum! Knowledgable, imformative, insightful, and humorus... that sums it up! If you want a great experience, choose Adam as you guide!

Having visited the Louvre before and really gotten overwhelmed - we decided to do this tour as we were short on time too. Violette was great guide - attentive and informative and also engaged the group which made it a much better experience than a standard tour. We got to see the highlights and also some good recco's on where to go and what to do next.

Our tour guide was extremely informative and gave an enjoyable overview of the highlights of the Louvre. She was friendly and her historical facts were tinged with just the right hint of humor to always keep you involved. Would tour with Violette again.
