Fantastic Day Trip To Normandy

This is my second time booking David for a tour in France. A group of 4 was picked up promptly by David and driven to a small town called Bayeux for lunch. The vehicle was clean and spacious. David's English is perfect and during the drive, he gave a great rundown of the day and was upfront that we were in control of stopping for drinks/bathroom breaks. David has a mastery of French history and all things related to DDay. We took the back roads rather than the highway to get a feel for what the soldiers encountered on those fateful days. All of stops (cemetery, Omaha Beach, Ponte de Hoc) were explained to us in detail and allowed us to enjoy the sites that much more. I would highly recommend this trip for the history and David's knowledge and the overall gravity of visiting these hallowed sites.

Fabulous Normandy Tour

David picked us up from our AirBnb in Paris. Immediately he had a great connection with our group of four, ranging in age from 20-60. He had a great personality, very knowledgable, as we passed landmarks he was very informative and he also answered all our questions. We never felt rushed at anytime. This was a full-day trip, about 12 hours. We stopped at locations in Normandy that we would not have on a regular bus tour. In addition, we stopped for lunch in a very quaint town in Normandy (Les Volets Roses Restaurant). As we arrived back in Paris he pointed out many local restaurants and various landmarks. We would highly recommend David as a tour guide.

well worth the money

We were picked up on time and enjoyed talking with David on our journey. He gave us all the information needed to enjoy our visits to the beaches and get the most out of our tours at the museums.
A great day. No driving/parking hassles...well woth it and David is delightful.

BEST Tour Guide Ever!

Where do I start? This was my second trip to Paris and the first time was without a tour guide. I had some friends who had used David and highly recommended him, and since I was going back I decided this might make the trip a little more interesting and I might get a different perspective of Paris. David picked my sister and I up from the train station and we headed out. First of all, David is so kind, knows so much of the history and information of Paris. We first went to Montmartre and I literally could have stayed here all day. He gave us plenty of time to look around and even extended the times when asked. He knows the best macaroon places and the best eating places and he even stopped and let me go look around an antique market on the side of the road. David was the BEST and I would give him 10 stars if I could on here! If you are planning a one day trip or even a week trip, I highly recommend David!!! You won't be disappointed and you'll get to see all the BEST places in Paris! I can't wait to go back!
