We had the most amazing run through Paris with Jean-Charles as our guide. His knowledge, passion and congeniality made for one of our most rewarding experiences in this beautiful city. We wholeheartedly recommend Paris Running Tours and Jean-Charles!

Our running tour with JC was the highlight of our Paris trip - he prepared a route for us and told us so many interesting tidbits along the way that we would not have noticed on our own. This is a must do!

If you love to run and you're heading to Paris, this should be the first thing you do. Jean-Charles shared so much knowledge along the route... It is a great jumping off point to plan how to explore this beautiful city

It was wonderful! Our guide was Jean-Charles and he was so great and knowledgable of the history and every site we visited. I would definitively recommend it. I went with my husband and friends on December 31st and ran a total of 6 miles through the heart of Paris. Beautiful sites and seemless runwith all the knowledge that we aquiered.

Jean-Charles was absolutely brilliant. He came prepared with fascinating anecdotes and even brought folders of information to help bring the city's rich history to life. Each point of interest was made even more memorable thanks to his thorough explanations and passion for Paris.
What really stood out was his thoughtfulness. Jean-Charles was great at stopping to take photos, ensuring I captured the moment while still enjoying the run. He was also very attentive to my pace, sticking to what I could manage without making me feel rushed or pressured.
Running through the winding streets of Paris felt so intimate—this tour was like discovering the city with a close friend. I left feeling like I’ve gained a running buddy for life!

Jean-Charles did a wonderful job of guiding us through a 5 mile run of the city’s center. He was knowledgeable about everything we saw and, most importantly, was good company. We hope to come back for a repeat performance soon!

Jean-Charles organized a wonderful running tour. He met us at our hotel, and had two options for us, either an out an back run or a 10K one way run with return on the Metro. We chose the second option and off we went. Running with Jean-Charles through the streets of Paris was amazing. He paced the run really well, and provided great information and secret nuggets about the city as we ran along. Highly recommend, and would join Jean-Charles for a run anytime!

If you are a runner visiting Paris, look no further because JC is not only a fantastic guide, he is a national treasure! We had the most amazing time sharing mileage with him. His knowledge of the city, the history, the monuments and the most scenic routes is expansive. He showed us so much more than we could have ever imagined seeing on our own. We booked two tours in advance but after the first one we immediately wanted to book more. For good reason, JC is very popular and luckily we were able to arrange a third tour. So make sure to book him in advance because you don’t want to miss out on this opportunity. He went above and beyond, providing us with maps of each tour and detailed information about the historical sites he showed us during the runs.
He also provided links to other sites and monuments for us to see on our own. Truly his contributions to our time in France made this the trip of a lifetime. We will highly recommend him to all of our running friends and family.

This was the best experience! I had been in touch with Jean-Charles for a few months before I arrived and he was so giving with his time, emailing back and forth about what run I wanted to do, where I wanted to go and so on. He designed a unique route just for me, taking into account what I was interested in, and was so communicative leading up to our run - giving me directions, tips, hints and so on. Afterwards, he gave me a map of where we had been. He is so enthusiastic and kind, clearly loves his city, and his knowledge of history is incredible. I learned so much and I will do this every time I come back. Merci, Jean-Charles!

Sounds like lots of fun. So how fast a runner do you have to be. The distance id doable. But I am pretty slow. I go about 11 min/mile (7.5 min/km (?j) would that work?
