Wouldn’t use this tour company, but really liked the guide (at least his personality), so giving it three stars.
I booked this tour 2 months ahead of time. Day before tour, got an email from Yo Tours saying they couldn’t do the tour in the morning tomorrow, but could go in afternoon that day.
We couldn’t go that day, tried to contact your company 3 times, they never responded.
The day of the tour, I contacted Trip Advisor to get a refund. TA contacted Yo Tours and they then found a guide. Nice guy that walked us around the city, but didn’t have as much knowledge about city as other guides.
Hate to give a bad review as I know running a tour company is tough.

Hi Chris, Our apologies for the miscommunication prior to the tour about the timings, we can completely understand your disappointment and thank you for being accommodative, as you might be aware that it's a very busy summer season in Paris and this tour is designed to give the glimpses of different side of Paris than the usual touristic highlights with specialized tour guide which has caused the reshuffling.
