Excellent tour of Versailles- learned a lot about the history of France and Versailles. Tour guide was engaging and very well informed.

This was a truly fabulous tour. By the time we met and finished it was closer to two hours, but it was never boring or too much and both my girls (in their 20's) loved it. In fact they said it was the best tour we took in France. Our guide was Blairta and she was extremely knowledgeable, but also filled with lots of fun stories and very upbeat. We all loved her and the tour.

The Company cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled visit. At this late date there is no other way to book a palace visit. They ruined our trip plans. This company is a scam-do not book with them. This reservation was made well in advance. Had they immediately cancelled we could have made alternate arrangements. DO NOT TRY TO BOOK THIS TOUR

Our guide, Aliette, was wonderful. We were given history information of the city as well as the palace. She was very helpful in getting us through the palace and into spaces where we were not crowded. She used humor and her pleasant personality to help us, understand the history of each room of the palace, as well as the construction. she took pictures of several of us. Very pleased!

Our tour encompassed all the highlights of Versailles, the apartments, the Hall of Mirrors, the courtyard, and view of the gardens from the windows. Our tour guide, Aliette, was knowledgeable and provided lots of details for the rooms we viewed. I’d highly recommend walking through the gardens and enjoying the beauty of the fountains, topiaries and sculptures. All in all it was a wonderful day!

We went 17 May 2023.
Livia showed us around the Palace.
Very friendly.
She spoke in English via headphone sets.
She was able to jump all the queues.
Excellent tour.
Well worth the £50 individual cost.

Beautiful palace, easy access with the group but a little delayed to start and lengthy in history before starting the tour which meant despite and early start we where in the palace with allot of crowds. A bit disappointing as we had put effort to book the first tour and arrive early. Some facts where questionable

Very good guide . Really made it come alive. Great to have her linked via an ear piece as some guides were shrieking at their groups ( mainly schools in fairness.)

It does not nor are the gardens included. There is a separate fee that I believe you can buy at the meeting point where you check in before your go on your tour.

Is there a skip the line guided tour that can happen when we need it to? We arrive at Charles de Gaulle at 9 AM if on time and leave for our flight home around 5 pm.
So I have arranged to have a private car drive us from the airport once we arrive (5 adults) and bring us back once done leaving Versailles no later than 2 to 2:30 pm. So if we can have a tour start at 11 AM we want to set it up for our small group.
