Tour veramente molto interessante e ben organizzato.
Il minivan era molto comodo e il viaggio é stato confortevole, la visita con un piccolo gruppo consente di godersi l'esperienza in pieno.
La nostra guida é stata molto amichevole, ben preparata e assolutamente disponibile.
Nonostante sia stata in francese abbiamo avuto la possibilità di approfondire la storia dello sbarco in Normandia da una nuova prospettiva.
Assolutamente consigliato!!! Anche se non in italiano

Although the weather was overcast and raining we had a beautiful rainbow upon our arrival at Juno Beach and an unexpected warm welcome from a former Mayor. The cemetery was absolutely beautiful and peaceful for the over 2000 souls that lost their lives to give others freedom.
Our tour guide Olivia was delightful and knowledgeable. I recommend to anyone travelling to France that this tour be included in their travels.

Took a half day trip with a good guide to the Canadian beach areas. Covered the beaches and some of the inland battle area as well. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly. A very productive day (about 5hours ).

Our guide ( Matt)was full of knowledge about the sites we visited and about WW11 in general. We heard things we would not have on our own ! Canadian museum at Juno was very moving and our group was a nice small size.

I was very excited to visit Juno Beach in honour of our Canadian veterans. No one I'm aware of in our family was involved in the war, but I have the utmost respect for our veterans, especially those who waded ashore into German gunfire. This tour did not disappoint. We were picked up at our Bayeux hotel and there were 8 plus the guide on our tour. So it was easy to hear the guide both in the vehicle and when we were walking around. We went to the beach, by Canada House and toured the Juno Beach Centre along with 2 German bunkers at that location. We stopped for lunch (some people had brought their own for a picnic) at a nice restaurant and then toured the Canadian cemetery (quite emotional) and a few other sites relevant to the Canadian activity on and just after D-Day. Our guide, Sunny, was very good. She was born a little west of Bayeux closer to the American landings and she gave an excellent background of why this location was chosen for the invasion and events leading up to it. She also had some personal insight that she shared near the end of the tour. I feel we definitely got value for our money.

I did the half-day tour today with Kate. Great trip overall. Very informative and caring guide. Also we are in small groups of 6-8 so it is like having a personal guide which is usually way more expensive. We saw Juno Beach and the main Canadian sites. Would have loved a bit more time in the Juno Memorial Center but I still highly recommend it! Don't forget to bring a bit of sand as a souvenir!

Though our trip got off to a rocky start, our guide Gwyn more than made up for the initial confusion. FYI, always double check your bookings, even those that appear to be confirmed by office staff.
No matter, we were given very personalized service, presented with detailed information about the British & Canadian pre landing strategies, the landings, its failures and successes. Gwyn has an encyclopedic mind of the detail of DDay, and the arduous weeks following as the Allied Forces struggled to Caen, and beyond. He tempered the horror of unjust Nazi executions, with a love story, and incredible, heroic feats. It was a full day, much detail was given. He was open to questions, and easy to talk to about life in France and Canada as well. We think this was one of our best experiences ever, with guided tours of historic areas.
The company description of the day is very accurate, but we felt we were presented with so much more.

We took this tour because my husband is from Canada and had two uncles die during WWII. The sights and history of Canada’s heroic efforts was inspiring. We were proud to see Canada’s often overlooked sacrifices and the bravery of their soldiers honored so well.

This was the highlight of my week in France. Our guide, David is very knowledgeable about the region and the Normandy campaign. I arrived in Bayeux on the 12:30 train from Paris and David met me at the train station at 1:00. Made it back to catch the 6:35 train back to Paris. Everything was seamless. I hope to go back to this region to explore more of Normandy and the French coast. Normans are much more friendly than Parisians!

We would like to do a Canadian tour of Normandy on May 18, 2020, We will be arriving on the NCL Star and need a pick up at the cruise port with return to there by 3:30 p,m, Can you assist.

Nous venons de réserver la demi-journée du 11 septembre... visite des sites canadiens...on nous dit en bas de page que s'il n'y a pas assez de gens, la visite est remboursée ou remise.. Or, partir du Canada avec comme principal but cette visite et ayant un horaire de voyage... nous ne pourrions pas y retourner... j'espère qu'elle aura lieu... sinon... j'ai 3 oncles qui ont fait le débarquement.... un rêve qui se réaliserait que de m'y rendre... garder cette visite .s.v.p.... ça ne se fait pas d'annuler quand on vient de si loin... mon dernier voyage en Europe.. c'est sûr à mon âge

Bob&Lynn, we are looking for the same but we will be docking on May 12 on Crown Princess. I find it disheartening that Princess is only offering excursion to the American site and that’s $220USpp.
