We were grateful for the pickup as we were staying at a hotel just outside of town and with this being a wine tasting tour, neither of us wanted to drive. After our pickup we went into town to collect another 2 couples. A very interesting tour with some good stops showing us what the region had to offer including the renowned Chateau Neuf de Papes region. Along with stops to taste, we also had stops by some lovely vineyards for views and get a real sense of the region. A small group made it very personal. Would recommend this tour.

Attempted to cancel this tour almost two months in advance. Didn’t receive my cancel confirmation immediately so forgot about it and didn’t follow up (my mistake). Lost over $350. Beware, if you need to cancel, follow up, as they may not cancel on your first request.

This wine tour was excellent. Our guide, Nicola, was very knowledgeable and passionate about the wines of the Cote du Rhone. Although we had been on several wine tours previously, my wife and I both learned a lot from Nicola. Highly recommended.

Fred was a brilliant tour guide. Very informative and entertaining. We tried several wines from a couple of different vineyards. Fred was able to answer all of our questions and gave us a brilliant insight into the history and process of winemaking.

Nicolas was one of the best tour hosts we’ve ever met. He’s a really nice guy with a very deep and comprehensive knowledge of Provençal wines and the history of vinification. The wines we tasted were exquisite and the bottles were very reasonably priced, while the vineyards themselves were incredible and beautifully placed. Absolutely fantastic experience.

He was passionate and knowledgeable about the wines we were tasting and the region in general. We had 4 separate tastings which really represented the different wine styles and locations of chateauneuf. I would recommend to others.

Vi är så imponerade av vår vinprovartur där Nicolas körde, guidade oss till 3 vingårdar i södra Cote du Rhone området! Vi kunde ställa massa frågor och fick fint bemötande och svar på allt vi önskade. Vi hade själva inte hittat dessa små unika vingårdar som var fantastiska med många olika typer av vin. Vi avslutade i chateauneuf du pape med en sommelier som lärde oss att smaka vin på riktigt! Guideföretaget anpassar turen och gårdarna efter sällskapet och engagemanget var på topp från Nicolas!

Of a five hour tour, about an hour was spent actually tasting wine. The rest was in a van with no AC and two ten minute stop-offs. We stood indoors at a desk at both vineyards, no chairs to sit on. The tour guide seemed to know very little or there was a language barrier and struggled to convey all the information. Very confused why this had so many good reviews, all five of us were very disappointed. The wine at the first vineyard was quite good and we bought a couple of boxes, that’s probably the only highlight.
