- yawn41900不要从亚维侬到VALENSOLE，太远了我在亚维侬订了两天TOUR, 一天是亚维侬周边一日游, 另一天是去VALENSOLE和凡尔 登峡谷，为了交通方便和景点公车比较不便，所以订了亚维侬的tour，但是去完后才知道去VALENSOLE不要从亚维侬出发，交通时间会太长，应该要从AIX-EN-PROVENCE出发。很重要，所以分享给各位旅客。因为交通时间来回至少差了一个半小时到两小时。如果你行程会往南到尼斯或马赛。应该从其AIX-EN-PROVENCE出发的TOUR，节省的交通时间两小时可以轻松的在景点闲逛，不会变成赶鸭子行程。 这次薰衣草的行程真的很赶路，导游一路上担心交通会塞车，到每个点都只待短短十分钟，连美丽的峡谷也只能待个十几分钟，立刻就再搭两小时车去购物行程。完全没有旅游放松的感觉。隔两天我又从艾克斯订了一个同样的行程，悠闲自在又可以在景点停留两小时，慢慢看风景，艾克斯的导游人又亲切。 另外，TIME 4 PROVENCE的Gordana人蛮亲切的，但另一个遇到的导游人就不是很友善，开车又很赶，一路担心会塞车或没办法准时下班回家。个人不推荐这个tour，应该有其它更好的选择

- Gigi843500普罗旺斯超美，导游很热情导游对当地非常熟悉，带了我们去很多特别的地方，没有多少游客，非常的漂亮，当然薰衣草是一定要看的啦，夏天虽然有点热，导游说是最好的季节。提前带好防晒霜，导游提前准备了冰水，一天可以去几个小镇，非常的值得

This tour exceeded my expectations. Our guide Gordana started by providing us with a history of the region and information on the growing conditions for the vines. She was thorough, friendly and a good driver! We made three stops and were served generous tastings of the areas top wines, each stop worthwhile with the wines very impressive. We also had the opportunity to take a 'photo walk' in Chateauneuf-du-papes. It was a jam-packed afternoon of beautiful wines and interesting conversation. So happy we went.

Three part tour. The first stop was good and the wines were also good. The second stop In Chateau neuf du Pape was excellent with very good wines. Don’t expect to buy a bottle for less than 40e great venue. The last stop was very disappointing. They had sold out of their Chateau Neuf Du Pape. Although more affords wine. A few good photo opportunities. They should make more of the second stop, maybe a tour and some cheese and Chacuterie

Knowledgeable and vivid guide. Small group. A lot of interesting information.
Choice of domains was interesting but a bit too pricey. All in all recommendable. If you manage take a minute and get into a one of the may winery shops in Châteauneuf du pape while on the short walk in the village.

Tour company cancelled one of our tickets and didn’t make us aware until we arrived. We were on family holiday and were not willing to send one person home. They are now refusing to refund our group for a tour we weren’t able to go on… customer service has been very poor. Best to avoid this company.

Terrible customer service. We arrived as a group of 5 but were told that only 4 places were available and one had been cancelled. We had no evidence of a cancelled spot (from Tripadvisor or Viator) and were not prepared to leave a family member behind. Three hours AFTER the event began, we then received notification of one cancelled place, which they had stated was cancelled days ago. This is simply not true.
If we had known that a place had been cancelled, we would have cancelled our whole booking prior to the event; as per the cancellation policy.
The lady we spoke to refused to explore other options for us and had no solution. We were forced to walk away having spent £350 all together.
We have now been in communication with Tripadvisor and despite showing clear evidence of when the spot was cancelled, they are refusing to accept any blame. This is unacceptable.

This was booked as a family trip for 5 of us and when we got to the meeting point we were told they had cancelled one of our group, we had had no notification of this prior to meeting the tour operator who was unwilling to find a solution and as we weren’t prepared to leave one of our family behind we said that we would all cancel and get a refund. Unfortunately this has not been possible as the cancellation policy states that you have to cancel up to 24 hours before which is fair enough and we would of done so if the trip provider had informed us that they had cancelled one of the group with enough notice for the rest of us to cancel. We have now wasted £280 and trip advisor, Viator and the trip supplier have all been unwilling to help us resolve this matter which was all caused by their lack of communication. I am very disappointed and we also wasted a day of our holiday travelling to Avignon to attend the trip.

Truly lovely and educational afternoon learning about regional wines! This tour will be appropriate for both experienced and novice tasters. Three tastings plus a chance to visit the ruins of the Popes’ Summer Palace was the perfect length, and we ended with a truly magical experience.

A fantastic tour - the highlight of our trip. Natalie was a friendly and knowledgable guide who was happy to walk us through the history of the region and answered all of our questions. Having such a small tour group meant we could spend as much time as we wanted at each place and felt very looked after. The town of Châteauneuf-du-Pape was so gorgeous, and the 16 wines we sampled were excellent. Of course, the flagship red Châteauneufs were standouts, but the less common white Châteauneufs were a very pleasant surprise.

We vertrokken stipt op het aangegeven uur. Onmiddellijk hadden we een goed gevoel. Onze gids Gordana was heel spontaan en enthousiast. Tijdens de aangename rit (airco aanwezig) vertelde ze over de geschiedenis van Avignon. Ze speelde in op onze vragen of reacties en polste bovendien of wij nog ‘mee’ waren. Van zodra we in de wijnstreek waren, deelde ze haar uitgebreide kennis mee over de streek en over de producten.
We gingen naar 3 huizen (1 in Gigondas en 2 in Châteauneuf-du-Pape). De uitleg was heel duidelijk en de wijnen waren verrukkelijk!
Gordana sprak heel goed Engels, wat zeker een pluspunt was.
Top ervaring, dankjewel!

Excellent wine tour in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgable, and she immediately made our whole 8 person group at ease. I would definitely book with them again.

Can we reserve a shortened version of your Half day small Provence Cru wine tour? June 18 for 4 adults. We will be on the SS Catherine in Avignon, and can be picked up at 1pm but need to be back to the ship by 5:30 as it leaves at 6:30.
Hi, My friend and I will be taking the train from Nice. Do we make our own way to the vineyard or can we be picked up at the nearest train station? Also, is there a place for us to store our luggage while on the tour? Thank you!

It is hotel pick up in a van so I’m sure if you are not staying, Gordana would be willing to pick you up. The walk to the old town center is 15 minutes max if you are able bodied. You could probably keep your luggage in the van. Enjoy the tour. Just went yesterday. It was very enjoyable.
