Fantastic way to see Cannes! JC was great and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour. The bikes are also really easy to use!

Visited Cannes via a cruise on the 11th Sep and took the afternoon tour with 7 others.
We suspected there may have issues from the start due to the previous group arriving back and over hearing them complain that breaks were failing on the bikes and the batteries were running out!
As we were there we thought let’s just give it ago…..
* 3 bikes ran out of battery during the tour including mine after 40minutes into a 2hr tour.
* 1 rider fell off 5 times, therefore no checks to assess peoples competency
* None of the advertised stops were made! Other than the ones on the corners to wait for the fallen rider to get back on….
* Left a review on Viator and the host responded stating they have issued a full refund to the group however when we queried this via Viator we were told that refunds had been declined by the operator ‘Yourent’ due to leaving a 1 star review!!
* Viator doesn’t allow you to respond to the hosts review to point out FALSE claims! And state there is nothing they can do….
In summary, if you have had a bad experience and would like a refund, leave a good review otherwise it will be declined!
I repeat, avoid at all costs!

JC was an awesome tour guide. We got a great overview of Cannes with several stops along the way to hear details and take photos. We rode up and out of the city on fun bike paths, and we also weaved in and out of local traffic. The e-bikes made the whole experience easy and fun.

E-bike tour with Maddy in Cannes was awesome. Beautiful views, reliable bikes. We toured along the ocean, up on the hill and up by the church. Worth it for sure. Viator could work on their communication.

Unreliable, provider cancelled night before. Ruined my plans. They should not take your booking and money if they have no plan to accommodate what ever number of customers book now again waiting for Refund but more than this my time and happiness is diminished by this bad experience.. Why should the customer suffer for this .The proviso Subject to numbers is no Excuse. It's bad business. Sorry Very disappointed with the Cannes set up this was the second provider that cancelled which was a replacement for the first cancellation !!!

We truly enjoyed the bike tour. Paul hit all of the high notes and luxury stops of Cannes, even taking us into the high mountain viewpoints as well as the old town vibes.

There were two couples -- one French and one American -- and everything had to be said (by the tour guide ) twice. He was a low key guy and very nice, but it was clear that English was very much his SECOND language. He had good knowledge and we enjoyed the tour.

We booked the day before, came to the place and then we got info that the tour was cancelled. Please check with them before you book this.

Your booking was never confirmed by us or tripadvisor.
We do our best to accomodate all the last minut request. Sometime this is not possible.
We offered you an alternative time and options that you déclined.
As you know rating/reviews are very important for small local business like ours and rating.
We do our best to get only 5* review from guest, and for our team it's not fair that you are downgrading our rate because you send a " request " last minut to join the tour.

Lovely tour of Cannes taking in all the sights. Meeting point very close to the cruise terminal and to the main port. Bikes were great - nicely powered and easy to use. Our guide Sylvie was superb… very friendly, spoke great English, explained everything very well and ensured we were all safe whilst cycling. Tour was close to three hours, with quite a few breaks and photo opportunities. Would highly recommend if you have limited time in Cannes.

Genial. Recorrimos una gran distancia, permitiéndonos conocer más puntos en poco tiempo. Nos llevaron a colinas muy altas en donde tuvimos unas vistas espectaculares. Increíble poder llegar hasta lo alto en la bicicleta fue fácil.
