Our guide was so kind and accommodating. She shared her knowledge and love of the region, giving us a good overview of the area. There is alot of time in the van, compared to the amount of time at the sites on this adventure - so it could feel rushed. A really special perk was our guide speaking Spanish, English and helping me with my French pronunciation and vocabulary as well which helped our time in the van go by pleasantly.

The tour is too long, the stops in Avignon and the other stops are so short that there is no time to even walk for a while.
one spends almost 7 hours on the bus. Literally speaking.
I do not recommend it. Don't do it.
The trip is totally tiring. You can't see any tourist places from the bus.

Querido Pablo,
Este tour, que ya lleva muchos años en marcha, gusta por la razón de que se visitan diferentes lugares en un solo día. Está claro que uno dispone de tiempo suficiente para visitar lugares, pero sin visitarlos en profundidad. Por ejemplo nos quedamos mas o meno 2 horas en Arles, un poco meno el Les Baux-de-Provence etc.
No podemos cambiar un itinerario que gusta al 99% de la gente porque no satisface las necesidades del 1% que lo compró por error.
La próxima vez compre un itinerario que se adapte más a sus necesidades, por ejemplo uno que dedique un día entero a visitar sólo 1 -2 lugares.
Sentimos que no le haya gustado el tour, hicimos todo lo posible para que el día fuera agradable para todos.

Sites were amazing, excellent guide and driver
Comfortable van and we have a group of 12.
But the time at Avignon was a bit short, plus lack of public restrooms and a long ride back was not a good combination!!

The trip was horrible! It was rushed and the tour guide didn’t explain anything, and when she did she made multiple mistakes. She is also a terrible driver, to the point where I felt unsafe in her car. Not worth the money or time!

Dear Anna.
If we are correct this tour started a bit late because you were late at the starting point. Next time be on time if you book a tour, as this is a shared tour and the other clients were ready to go. We are not always in the position of waiting if clients are late.
This said, we respect your opinion although we would need more information to be able to understand the reasons.
This tour is organised on purpose to visit different places in the same day. If you don't like this concept of tours, maybe consider booking tours that visit in depth only one city.
Your driver/guide performed many tours and never had a single accident or received any speed tickets. We can just guess you might not be used to narrow European roads. Sorry we really don't know how to positively use your experience to add any improvement. Probably a private tour might have been more adapted to your needs. We keep at your disposal if you can provide more detailed information.

This is a great way to tour parts of Provence, using Van Gogh as a focus. Wonderful to visit the actual places where he stayed and painted, plus historic sites such as the Roman arena and theatre in Arles. The van was a bit tight, but a larger one wouldn't make it through those narrow medieval streets. The AC was great, so no complaints. We enjoyed our day.

A fabulous day. Our guide Paul was friendly and knowledgeable. Every stop was different. The pace was great. At each stop we could walk around and explore. Highly recommend this tour.
