Ok for a quick look around

A good way to have a quick look around Marseille, covering the waterfront and Notre Dame areas. Unbelievable how the driver can negotiate a double decker bus around those narrow cobbled streets! A pity the headsets didn’t work very well, poor commentary but a pleasant hour.

No value for money - inconvenience if anything

Always running very late, erratic driving. Emplyoyees were much more interested in chatting between themselves while a bus full of people waited for 20mins past scheduled departures. This didn't happen only once for us. Done many of these buses all over Europe and this was easily the worst.

Safety concern

I was disappointed that the audio connection didn’t work for most of the tour.
However, a more serious issue occurred when I was trying to get off the bus. A crowd rushing to grab seats blocked my way down the staircase and the driver abruptly started the bus while I was still descending. I almost fell on the stairs, and obviously missed the stop where I had hoped to get off.
I would suggest that drivers try to be aware and not rush to start the bus while someone is still trying to get to the exit. It’s definitely a safety concern.

Decisamente bella

La città è un vero gioiello. Il bus è comodo e pratico. Si gira per tutta la città di Lione ed essendo il centro città non molto grande si può scendere e salire comodamente. La vista del fiume è molto bella e l’isola che c’è e’ incantevole.

Lyon hop off buss

the bus tour was excellent and well worth two hours to get an overview of the highlights of the city. The audio was informative. while I just hopped off twice, I got the info for where I wanted to spend more time. the 90 minutes was plenty of time to explore the Basilica and the ancient Roman theater. Downside was the unusually hot (102⁰) temp made for a rather uncomfortable day.

Need to separately purchase audio guide was NOT mentioned AND the audio guide did NOT work!

There was no mention of the need to separately purchase the audio guides when we booked the tour in the app.
We did this after getting on the bus. The REWIND app did not work so we did not have access to audio on our tour. Extremely frustrating and disappointing! I have requested a refund from REWIND!

Dear visitor We have a problem in one of our bus, and indeed the audioguides didn't work in that bus. Nevertheless we propose a free solution with the REWIND system/application which offer freely the commentaries with your phone. We're sorry about the desgrement but Rewind is a solution when audioguides sometimes don't work.

The shuttle timing is not frequent enough and doesn’t stop some times even when they pass by. We ended up spending more time waiting than touring

le circuit est très sinueux et manque de recul pour les photos
une mention spéciale et un grand bravo au conducteur dans les rues étroites et montées de St Just et Fourvière.

Ça commence bien!

Nous avons apprécié dès faire ce tour dès notre arrivée. Cela nous a permis de mieux s’orienter dans les différents secteurs de la ville. Le chauffeur était très accueillant et sympathique.
