The driver was there, took my luggage and drove me straight to the hotel. Definitely worth the money if you're just coming off of a long flight in a country where you don't speak the language.

You can arrive to late for the train and this is about the only alternative. Safe travel with driver knowing where to take you. A lot more expensive, but no alternative for very early arrivals.

I booked Blacklink through the suggestion of a friend and was not disappointed. I was provided the contact information of the driver in case I couldn't find them and was able to find them easily thanks to that info. Thank you for getting me from the airport to the place I was staying in the early morning! I appreciate it!

I booked in advance and even payment was done thru the website. Once arriving to icheon terminal 2 nobody showed up, no communication to me, no email with further info and the chat for support had auto replies with no at the moment contact and support.

we used this service to go back to Incheon, the driver was waiting for us in the hotel, went early in the morning around 4.30 am took 45 minutes from the soeul station, Taxi clean & air-conditioned, had seatbelts
