The communication was so awful. When we first called to find out when the bus was arriving or when it could be arranged to arrive, the representative told us “this is not a limo service, you have to find the bus stop yourself” which wasn’t even my issue we knew where the stop was located. When I clarified what I needed again, we got zero response. I called the 888 number and they couldn’t hear me. Phone issue or international issue, I don’t know and when we tried to reach out again via chat we never got another response other than the first one. We do not endorse this service provider at all. Save your $25 for something useful and worthwhile.

Well Damien, I'm sorry about your experience, but as you said, not even the telephone company is attending you well. It seems, that nobody can make you happy- We don't have an 888 number- I don't really know what you are talking about. Did you really called our company? Eventually you should you missed the word shared on the product. This means we serve many who appreciated our services instead of xpend time writing such reviews.

Booked this service online with Tripadvisor, return fare, and the driver of the coach would not accept my ticket. Had to pay AGAIN (full rate) on the coach to go to the centre of Munich.

This was great, left from the Nordfried U-Bahn stop at 7:18AM and got to Terminal 2 by 7:45AM. For me it was easier that U-Bahn to S-Bahn and I got a seat and did not have to slep my luggage up and down stairs

SBahn is way faster and about the same price. Bus is coach quality and nice, but too slow. weekend traffic around Munich is busy, and weekday peak hour commutes can be really slow. This trip is 35 minutes minimum, can be an hour and more during week.

Excellent way to get to the airport. Please allow extra time for traffic and one stop. You can pay driver 11 euro if getting on at the Central Train station. Air conditioner at summer is a huge plus.

If you catch the bus from Munich airport to Munich central station (train station), the drop-off location is the same as the pick-up location to return to the Munich airport.
