这儿的员工非常乐于助人，我很享受我的骑行之旅。员工们免费给我提供了头盔。而且这地方的位置很赞，过去英国花园很方便。

This place was like a 20 minute cab ride from our hotel in the old town. I thought they might actually be much closer and was mistaken. After a brief safety video we surprisingly (for first timers) learned to ride the Segway quickly. Much of the tour was through parks and some roads but not a whole lot of history. My wife wasn’t able to master the Segway and our guide Christine was actually quite rude to her. Take the time to teach people. Patience is a virtue Christine. My wife tried to accompany us on a bicycle but finally gave up and stayed back, no refund though she didn’t start the tour. Overall this was average and not what it sounded like on TripAdvisor. Riding the Segway was certainly fun. In hindsight, I would have picked another Segway tour.

Thanks for taking the time for a review. Our store is infact quite central, about 3 km north of the old town.
We are sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations. We were quite long with instruction and training of your wife busy. since there were other participants in the tour, we had to take into account these as well and could not practice indefinitely with your wife, so we have offered after about 30 minutes to participate in the tour with bike, which was unfortunately canceled by your wife after about 5 minutes.
the tour has covered all the sights and even more as offered and described on tripadvisor

Having not done it before I was a bit sketchy to say the least. But Christine was amazing and reassured me and talked me calmly into finding my inner balance. At first I thought I'd have to sit it out but after 15mins warm up and gentle coaching I was good to go with the rest of my adult family members. The IAA decided to have protests that day so a bit of improvisation was needed but she managed to make it fun and exciting still. We even went over the ramps into the venues which I still cant believe I did! Definately recommend this company :)

Wir hatten zwar etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber haben sogar regenponchos bekommen und wurden super betreut! Sehr empfehlenswerte Tour - mit den Segways sieht man sehr schnell sehr viel von München!

Wir wollten München kennenlernen und endlich mal Segway fahren. Diese Tour war wirklich die perfekte Kombi aus beiden. Sehr schöne lange Strecke mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unterhaltsame Erklärungen von einer gut gelaunten Tour guide..in. Viele Sachen waren auch für unsere Münchner Freunde absolut neu. Absolut empfehlenswert auch für Münchner
