Louise was very helpful and accommodating. We never received the updated meeting time but she text me us two hours before to let me know. However I don’t think 1130am should be on tickets if time is actually 9am. I also think 9am is too early mid suggest 10-11am. We had plenty of time with less traffic until 1130am. We ended up leaving at 3pm because we were tired of same thing for so long. Loved the experience.

This is a scam. The tent we were in had no atmosphere at all and the price was outrageous. We ended up leaving and meeting some locals and they couldn't believe how much we paid for our tickets.

It's important to reiterate that you purchased a lunch package, which includes 2 liters of traditional Oktoberfest beer, ½ a chicken, a meet-and-greet service, and the efforts to pre-reserve the tables, making them bookable. The lunch package is designed to give you a more relaxed experience, allowing you to enjoy your food and drinks without the crowded party atmosphere often found during the evening sessions.
In Munich, the locals typically enjoy their lunch while having their initial beers before engaging in the evening's festivities. It's possible that our dinner package, which offers a more energetic and social atmosphere, would have been better suited to your preferences.
We are sorry if you found the atmosphere of the lunch package to be lacking. We believe that guests contribute to the overall ambiance in the tent, and we encourage everyone to participate in creating a lively and spirited atmosphere.
If you had spoken with the local hostess who took care of your seating, she would have been happy to address your concerns and possibly guide you to an alternative tent or solution. As a previous reviewer wrote, this is a small tent and not an Oktoberfest tent as implied. We were met at 1130 and led to a small mostly empty tent. It was like being in a quiet Bavarian restaurant with no music or people. Lunch and beer was good but we could have done this on our own and paid air less. By the time we left all bigger tents full!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your recent Oktoberfest visit didn't meet your expectations. However, as we have explained to your friend in a prior review, our offering is an Oktoberfest lunch package.
This package includes a well-organized "Meet & Greet," two litres of traditional Oktoberfest beer, and a halved chicken per guest. These offerings provide you with an authentic Oktoberfest experience that is in line with early-beer-tent-culture, when tents were not as overcrowded and overly festive as they might be later on in the day.
We understand that each guest has unique expectations and experiences at Oktoberfest. If you had shared your concerns with your hostess at the time, we would have done our utmost to accommodate you and possibly guide you to another tent to fulfill your expectations related to a livelier atmosphere.
Please bear in mind that Oktoberfest as it is known in Munich often starts with a calm food and drink session and transitions to a festive party scene later in the day. When your group left at around 17:00, the evening crowd was just beginning to come in, and the atmosphere in the tents started to shift.
We apologize if there was a misunderstanding regarding your booking. If your preference was to participate in evening festivities, an evening package might have suited your group better.
Nonetheless, we appreciate you sharing your perspective and do our best to ensure our packages cater to different tastes. We hope you have a much more enjoyable experience next time, matching your expectations.

If you're looking for the ultimate Oktoberfest experience, look no further!
Overall, I can't recommend S-E-T-T's Oktoberfest package highly enough.
S-E-T-T went above and beyond to ensure that we /their guests had a great time. Their attention to detail and care for each guest were impressive and made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Having travelled to Munich and after a tumultuous Friday due to travel issues we had a good nights sleep and were excited to spend a full day in the Oktoberfest tents. We woke up at 10am for an 11am meeting with S-E-T-T to guide us to our tents and table. Having been advised that our reservation had been moved to 5pm, we made no fuss and we were happy to wait until the evening slot, with the added comment that the evening is a more desired slot. When the evening slot came around we left the sheltered table and great atmosphere to go to the meeting point and our hosts were no where to be found and we were left standing in the rain, with no choice to exit Oktoberfest and cut our day short.
The sheer audacity and impoliteness from this company is frankly pathetic and disgusting. We were told that we had been rude, drunk and unstable at 11am which couldn't be further from the truth, having had a long nights sleep and having only been awake for 1 hour before the meet. I am personally insulted and offended that anyone would paint such an atrocious image of myself.
They took our fully paid prepayment and offered no refund.
I advise everyone to steer clear of this company as either they are a joke of a business or they have swindled us out of our money.

Dear Rob,
1. You arrived in the morning (late) with a stag-night group and were so drunk. No chance of getting your group into the tent. Members of your group could not even contain themselves (covered in p.. and sh...). They also misbehaved and started to be aggressive.
2. As we are very client minded, our staff asked you to get fresh and come back later when they are showered and sobered up and reserved another table (which we had to pay another time for), and the meeting time - like with all other clients was agreed for 16:30. My colleagues waited until 16:45 and left. You then called her on the hotline at 17:15 and shouted at her, called her names, and behaved aggressively. Everything that happened or, better, did not happen was your fault. We cannot risk the safety of our customers, and we will not jeopardize our good reputation with the tent owners.
In all the 30 years we have had clients on this tour - this is the first time we have experienced this. Thus we state in our conditions that we do not accept intoxicated clients on our tour. You broke the conditions, so you have to accept the consequences.

We have just had a weekend in Munich for Oktoberfest completely disrupted by this cowboy agency! We had a reservation for 11am, as confirmed on email. On arrival we were told our booking had been moved to 5pm, without any prior notice. When we returned at 5pm, no-one was there to meet us. Finally getting through to someone on the phone we were told we needed to have been there at 4.30pm - so we missed it.
We have tried to request a refund for this. However we've now received emails saying that our group had been far too intoxicated, unable to stand straight and aggressive. This is completely untrue. Undoubtedly they will respond to this message to say we were drunk.. I can assure you we weren't. Either they thought we were a different group that was intoxicated, or they are lying in order to avoid having to refund us.
Avoid S-E-T-T!!

You have been in the same group as Rob (mbcx9jh3). You can read the comment there. Don't arrive so drunk at the meeting point that you even can´t contain yourself.
We never had this in all the 30 years.

We have been 6 guys. Booked and got confirmation right away. We also booked our stay in a hotel nearby (was cheaper than on other site - thanks again). 2 weeks before departure we received an itinerary with contact person and phone number, We agreed to meet at the Oktoberfest meeting point. We met our host and she brought us to the table, helped us to order the first round of drinks - 2l beer is really enough per person ;-) made sure all was up and running. We had a great evening (next morning was hard though).
