Unfortunately, you did not bother to inform us in advance that you have changed your arrival flight. You reported this only when our driver was already at the airport waiting for you. The driver was waiting for you for one hour in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. You didn't show up, and only when the driver himself called you did you say that you would arrive on another flight. We always try to accommodate our client, but you should have at least warned us that you will arrive later so that we can re-arrange the driver's schedule. It would be great if, instead of leaving tearful comments about our supposedly poor service, you would take the trouble to notify us in a timely manner that your travel plans have changed. But you didn't. Please understand that the driver cannot wait for you at the airport all day. The waiting time is one hour and this information is available at the time of booking. Our transfer obligations have been fulfilled in full and we have evidence that the service was provided according to the information you provided in your booking.
