We’re a group of 8 people and booked Sepp’s Zugspitze and Munich old town tour. To make it quick: With Sepp you have someone on your side who will make sure you will have an unforgettable experience from the beginning until the end.

Sepp was a wonderful and experienced tour guide. He is knowledgeable , accommodating and friendly .
My family and I really enjoyed all the 3 tours with him.
He provided plenty of information , snacks , foods and drinks.
On time person without fail.
His vehicle is clean and well equipped.
Book and join his well guided tours .
No regrets.

No regrets with Sepp.
knowledgeable ,friendly and accommodating.
My family and I really enjoyed the tour.
He provided plenty of information, snacks, drinks and food.
Always on time to fetch us from the hotel.

Sepp is an amazing guide, we had the best day ever with him at the zugspitze. I can just highly recommend him, friendly, knowledgable and lots of fun. Amazing day with an amazing guide.

Sepp is just absolutely an amazing human who is so kind and accommodating, to make sure you’re comfortable and having a great time! Absolutely the best trip/ guide we’ve had in Germany!

This tour was a splurge for our trip but 100% WORTH IT. Sepp is a Munich local and the tour exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Weather was not ideal for our tour date, but Sepp seamlessly recommended other attractions that were better suited for the day (not to mention Sepp had umbrellas though and was prepared for any situation!) The lunch we had was probably the best, most authentic meal I had on the trip.
We took other tours of different areas during our stay, and found ourselves remarking that even though they were all good, Sepp's tour was in a league of its own. If you can do this tour on your Germany trip, I'd highly recommend it. If I return to Germany, one of Sepp's other tours will be the first things I book planning my itinerary.

Awesome! Book ALL your tours with Sepp. You will not be disappointed. He kept us informed prior, during, and after. Gave us weather, travel options, and food and drink options. He made sure that we were taken care of and provided great photo ops. He got to know us and our family. He gave us so much historical info to make the sites come to life. He continued to think of us afterward to give us options for the rest of our stay. We were traveling with our pregnant DIL and made sure she was taken care of. Appreciate the hospitality and personable service from the bottom of our hearts.

Sepp is AMAZING!! I had such a blast with him. He’s the type of person that can get along with and relate to anyone from anywhere. I seriously can’t picture anyone NOT loving him! He’s absolutely hilarious with a great personality, so we spent the whole day laughing. I’ve never had this much fun on a tour before. It didn’t even feel like a tour – it felt like hanging out with a close friend.
Sepp wasn’t available on the original day that I tried to book with him, but he was so sweet and offered to accommodate me on another day.
He’s very empathetic and culturally aware, so (for example) he’ll offer you things like Starbucks if you’re American, etc (I don’t personally like Starbucks, but I did appreciate the gesture).
He can also provide you with vegan/vegetarian snacks with advance notice if needed, and he knows which restaurants offer vegan/vegetarian options. He gave me a LOT of pretzels and he had a cooler to keep our water cold. I don’t drink alcohol, but he also offers beer/champagne to people who are interested.
Sepp is also very prepared and organized for all of the planned excursions. He arranges for lift/gondola/attraction tickets in advance so the day goes very smoothly. He also knows the best times to go to each place to avoid lines and crowds which is great.
We ended up seeing what I wanted to see on the Eibsee/Zugspitze tour faster than he expected because I didn’t feel like lingering for too long and I wasn’t hungry enough for lunch, so he offered to take me to Neuschwanstein as well which was fantastic! I wasn’t expecting that at all. I do feel bad because he was probably hungry :-(
He knows all the shortcuts on the backroads, so it didn’t take very long for us to get there. He also offered to take me to Tegernsee instead of Neuschwanstein, so he was willing to be very flexible. If you’re in the mood to switch things up and see something else other than what was planned, just let him know and he’ll be awesome about it. We also had fun in the car singing along to German pop songs. :-)
At the end of the day, he gave me a Bavarian cookbook :-) I can’t wait to try all of the recipes!
I would 100% book another tour with him in the future and would recommend him to anyone whether you’re traveling alone or with a group. In fact, I don’t think I can ever book another tour ever again with ANYONE else because Sepp sets the bar so high :-)
