The Nightwatchman had interesting, funny and also less funny stories to tell. We found the tour informative. Great time as evening was less hot and less busy on the squares/streets.

I recently had the pleasure of taking part in a medieval torchlight tour of Munich and it was an experience I will never forget! Led by an impressively authentic night watchman, this tour offered a fascinating journey into the city's past.
Our night watchman was not only a walking encyclopedia of medieval Munich, but also a gifted storyteller. With his historical garb and burning torch in hand, he took us back in time. His deep knowledge and passion for Munich's history brought every stop on the tour to life. You could practically hear the horses' hooves on the cobblestones and see the hustle and bustle of the medieval market in front of you.
What was particularly impressive was the way the night watchman combined historical facts with exciting anecdotes and legends. He knew exactly how to captivate the group, whether through scary stories about the plague or fascinating accounts of the lives of commoners and nobles. His humor and charismatic personality made the tour not only informative but also extremely entertaining.
The atmosphere created by the flickering torches and the nighttime backdrop of Munich was simply magical. The narrow streets and historic buildings looked even more impressive in the torchlight and it was easy to imagine what life must have been like here many centuries ago.
I highly recommend this medieval torchlight tour. It is a must for any history lover and a wonderful way to see Munich from a completely new perspective. A big thank you to our amazing night watchman who made this tour an unforgettable experience!

It was a super informative night watchman's walk. Our night watchman had a very nice manner, you could listen to him very well. He told us a lot of details about the individual stops in Munich, it was very exciting 🤩
He was also able to calmly and confidently deal with the occasional disturbance from drunk football fans. I would definitely recommend it to everyone 😊

The tour was wonderful. Interesting down to the last detail. Even if you come from the Munich area like we did, the tour is great. You learn a lot of new things. Peter does his job with a lot of passion. He deserves 5 stars.

Yesterday we went on a great tour through medieval Munich at night. Our very friendly night watchman has a huge, well-founded wealth of knowledge. The tour was super exciting and, even though I have been living in Munich for a while now, I was able to learn a lot of interesting facts. Our night watchman and the tour itself are definitely highly recommended! Very authentic and entertaining! PS: The costume is also really impressive ;-)
