Gregor was exceptional and very knowledgeable. His respect for the victims of Sachsenhausen was admirable and he made sure we understood proper etiquette. His indepth knowledge of the memorial was extremely valuable. He presented more than one interpretation/thoughts if the art, memorial, etc. He is open to all opinions and perspectives and willing to kearn from others. As this was a small geoup(2), we had time to ask him many questions As a native to Berlin we asked MANY questions about Berlin and his family’s personal experiences. We appreciated Gregor VERY much. Highly recommend Gregor.

Avoid this company like the plague. Their customer service is stand offish rude and totally inflexible. They deliberately obfuscate, respond to your complaints with unnecessary sarcasm and are just generally totally unprofessional. No doubt one of them will reply with some nonsense about me being abusive because I had the gall to open a dispute with PayPal and they didn't get a joke. Awful, awful company

I am sorry but this review is given for the wrong Business
All our Tickets are flexible. We would NEVER answer sarcastic and furthermore we haven´t had a private Sachsenhausen Tour in September.
Most important though, we NEVER had an open dispute with Paypal. We have a written confirmation saying this from paypal.
This review has been reportet to Tripadvisor with all the documents stating that this review is not for us. Unfortunately Tripadvior only checks if the reviewer is a real person and not a robot and ignores the evidences given to them.

Agreablement surprises d'avoir un guide parlant français.
Xavier etait particulièrement intéressant, dynamique, agréable, passionnant.
La visite avec guide paraît indispensable pour la découverte du camp.
Le tour est ponctué d'anecdotes pertinentes en lien avec l'histoire du camp.

With a group of friendly people and a very professional guide!

I did the tour to the camp while my wife was shopping.My guide was Pip who was excellent and had a great ability to put the whole sobering experience into a historical perspective. I learned lots and would highly recommend this tour especially if you have an interest in Germany's dark past. John Dublin

Fue un gran guía y nos mostró todo a la perfección contando todo con entusiasmo y transmitiendonos la información perfectamente. Recomiendo mucho este tour ya que es muy interesante y te ayuda a entender lo que se cometió hace no tanto tiempo. Lo repetiría sin ningún tipo de problema y volvería a escoger a Bernat.

We did this tour, and although the weather wasn't wonderful, we had an excellent day. Our guide Beth was easy to follow and learn from, plus evidently very knowledgeable- she showed a real passion. Would definitely recommend this tour

The tour started with meeting out tour guide Sebastian at the train station. There were 13 in our group and he did an excellent job in keeping us altogether whilst changing trains and walking from the station to the site of the camp.
Sebastian gave us a very infomative and interesting talk to begin with, setting the scene and explaining the timeline of when and why things happened.
Our walk through the different parts of the camp were very thought provoking and everything was dealt with well.
All questions were answered and Sebastians knowledge was fabulous.
Thankfully we got the bus back to the train station and got the train back into Berlin.
It was a day I will never forget. Thank you Sebastian.

This tour was very powerful and informative. Thanks to a great guide Sarah was able to share anecdotes about prisoners in various areas of the camp. She well versed in German and WWII History and handled my plethora of questions very well. At the end of the tour she even gave suggested readings which was appreciated. The tour was great but Sarah really brought it to the next level. Highly recommend.

It’s a full day tour well worth the trip and you get to travel on the train in Berlin tour starts early around 10 only one tour a day
