Dear Paul, first of all we would like to apologize for inconvenience. Unfortunately, as we explained to you, this was not our fault, license plates which we supposed to received for e-scooters has been delayed by insurance company and we couldnt do anything about it. We informed you about it on Friday and your tour was for Saturday late afternoon so it was in advance and we also offered to you alternative from Monday. We are sorry you couldnt experience our services the same as thousands people within last nearly 10 years but we hope to see you next time in Berlin to prove you that our customer service is one of the best in Berlin and we keep our customers as happy as possible.
