- becster_200海德堡的半天之旅我们跟随Adrian和Alfredo进行了半天的旅行，不得不说Adrian真的是很棒的导游。他非常非常聪明，很了解这里，带我们在城堡区参观了一个小时，足够我们仔仔细细看每一个角落。之后带我们在城里逛了一个半小时，让我们到处走走，吃了午餐。我觉得这次行程很棒，而且一共十个人的团，感觉比我们在城堡那里看到的二三十人的大团要好多了。非常棒的旅行！一流的导游！
- Don J00原本可以更好的本可以是一次很棒的旅行。费用本来说是每个人12欧元。招牌和门票上说的“一小时”的行程实际只有40分钟。我们一行9个人就有几个人的耳机用不了。录音也有问题。有几个时间段都没有声音。司机没有给我们介绍，而是放的录音。没有录音的时候完全可以给我们讲讲有趣的历史，有趣的历史明明就很多。来之前做点调查可以帮你省钱，可以选择步行或者公共交通。

- Luby198600愉快的下午下午我花了一个半小时逛了一下法兰克福，主要看了一些标志性的地方，包括历史景点、热门景点和建筑。如果你时间不多，那参加这个行程很值得，我度过了一个开心的下午。

- junior190700在很冷的下雪天来这里不合适Frankfurt是个很美的城市，但是旅客并没有很兴奋，总的来说这里比较干净，空气清新，还没有被污染，公共交通很不错，公交，电车和地铁很便捷，但是我们来的时候非常冷，还下着雪，所以千万别乘公交车，感觉这里的旅行线路过时了，而且冬天来不是非常方便。推荐大家春天或者夏天来这儿。

Not a good value for money spent. Not enough time spent exploring the village Didn’t include inside castle experience!!

In the words of our paid tour guide, “get a train ticket from Frankfurt and explore it on your own.”
There were several unmarked coach busses at the pickup location, on time. We had to find the right bus on our own, asking each driver if they were the tour to Heidelberg. When we boarded, no one checked or scanned our tickets. After the bus was mostly full, the tour guide finally boarded. He ran through a list of names, reading off names and head-counts per reservation. He half-listened, missing several responses and corrections to his tallying. He then counted passengers on the bus and had a mid-match. He read the names again. And counted again. He finally realized that a couple whom he ignored earlier, had tickets but weren’t on his list. After some back and forth, they remained on our bus and we departed about 45 minutes late. Then he announces that we have another pickup. When we arrive at the second pickup, he now realizes that the couple not on his list had tickets for another day. There’s another long delay and arguing. He finally decides to remove the couple from the bus and leaves them at the second pick up location - about 20-30 minutes from where they boarded. We’re now well over an hour delayed on a half-day tour.
We finally arrive in Heidelberg. Instead of announcing a meeting location and time for the departure, the guide insists on everyone keeping with him at all times, and that he’ll ensure we are where we need to be. We waste more time head-counting again, and then marching in single file to make sure we had an accurate count. Then we walked as a gaggle up to the town square to walk through it, being herded to the cable car to tour the castle.
After another delay for ticketing and the guide infuriating the cable car staff, we make it up to the castle. Again, we head-count, and he insists we stay together. We meander to a few outdoor ruins of the castle for him to drone on about odd factoids that only about 10% of the group could hear, if they were paying attention. After, he leads us into the wine cellar, and has us loop around what he insists is the world’s largest wine barrel. He scolds a member of the group who breaks off to get a refreshment from the wine cellar bar. We then depart the castle back to the cable car. The castle has a gift shop, wine tastings, food, indoor tours, a museum… we saw and experienced none of it.
After more head-counting and another long delay boarding the cable car, we stroll to the town square. He finally sets us free, giving us a whopping 19 minutes to experience the historic town square, all if it’s shop, restaurants, and bars. 19 minutes. After some push back that we weren’t being given enough time to experience any shops or food… and that many of us were famished b y this point… he responded with essentially ‘tick-tock’ indicating that arguing was wasting time.
We all sprint off in different directions to try and take in some sights. Finding a quick counter-service sandwich or snack and hurried back to the meeting location. After come more head-counting, we marched back to the origination point in Heidelberg. A couple asked to use the toilet at the visitors center before we boarded the bus for Frankfurt, and got left behind. Luckily, another passenger on the bus pointed out to the guide and driver that despite their head-counting, they left someone.
He then drove back to Frankfurt. On the drive back the guide made a point to say, “now that you’ve gotten a very brief overview of what Heidelberg has to offer, know that the train from Frankfurt runs about every 30 minutes. Next time take the train and explore the wonderful town and the castle on your own.”
My recommendation, take the guide’s advice: Skip this tour, buy a train ticket. I want to go back. The town and castle seem worth the trip, just not with this company’s tour.
I requested a partial refund due to delays, and the inability to see or appreciate any of Heidelberg, but was refused any refund.
We finally arrive in Heidelberg. Great opportunity to see a castle! We really enjoyed our tour service. Out guide fed us a ton of facts about Heidelberg. I wish they had gave us some time to explore a little on our own or to spend more time exploring/admiring each area. The historical part of Heidelberg is amazingly beautiful! They did give us time to explore this area, which was great!

We loved this tour. Our guide, Peter, is very informative! Even though our excursion was only for a half day, it was the perfect pace.

The city and castle are lovely. I don't feel the tour added much to it. I could have caught a train and done the half day trip on my own, saved money, and enjoyed it more. Our tour guide was nice, but wasted a lot of time. We had 30-40 minutes in the city and were unable to really do anything. Not enough time to eat even. The trip started at 9:30am and we got back around 3pm. Lots of time on the bus and though the castle was nice, we took more time than needed. Plus, I went back later in the week by train to see the city and learned way more. I really say take the train and do it rather than the tour.

The transportation was good. The castle was amazing to see. The guide was a bit snarky with me when I’d ask a question 🤷♀️ Also not enough time to wander the village after the tour.

You are really paying for the ride there and back. Our guide was nice but not very knowledgeable about the area's history. I had to Google information while I walked. The guide didn't seem very comfortable speaking English. His answers were vague and short. He could not give any recommendations for lunch and everything seemed rush. If you are looking for information and history, this is not for you.

Guide could have been informative in this tour. Especially on the 1 hour bus ride there. Also at he castle . Seemed we had to ask alot of questions to get information.

Ok, nothing special. Visited castle which was nice, but you do not go inside. 1 hour each way, about an hour around the castle and another hour or so in the local square. Had a pleasant lunch on our own at the square. Pleasant way to spend the day.

My family and I had the most wonderful day tour of Heidelberg. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and funny and led the tour in perfect English. We had ample time to explore the breathtaking Old Town before taking the funicular up to the castle. Would highly recommend the tour as a day trip from Frankfurt!

Yo no he ido con un tour. Usé un coche alquilado, pero hay muy buena comunicación por tren ( ver... Deutchbahn ). Heidelberg es una ciudad pequeña que se recorre a pie, con una calle central , una gran Universidad, el río Neckar, la Iglesia del Espíritu Santo y el Castillo. Todo está bien explicado en Internet y puede visitarse, con o sin guía . Si sabes inglés, no tendrás problemas de comunicación. En TripAdvisor hay una buena lista de restaurantes y cervecerías. Que disfrutes !

You could probably leave it in the Travel office and go back and get it or if you didn’t want to get off the bus to double decker bus then you could sit with it next to you
