Bus is every 2 hours for the express tour when it was advertised as every 20-30 minutes. Bus attendant was unhelpful and information had to be forced from them. Bus took a different than advertised route cutting out 1/3 of the journey. The audio seemed to miss a lot of the sights that you would want information on and some were played late so that we could not see what was being spoken about. Overall a very underwhelming and disappointing experience.

It was exactly what I was looking for, I got to learn about the city and saw the most important parts of the city, my only complaint is that after I paid $19.64 on line the lady at the door of the bus charge me extra 4€. But the bus is exactly what they describe. I could hear the information in English and in Spanish, both worked good. I recommend it.

Abbiamo usato il nostro biglietto solo per 10 minuti e due bus stop. Dopo la prima discesa non siamo più riusciti a risalire perché l’autobus non è passato all’orario previsto e al numero predisposto per problemi non ha mai risposto nessuno. Siamo riusciti faticosamente a intrattenere una chat con un operatore che non sapeva cosa dircii e che non ci ha mai più ricontattato, nonostante avesse assicurato di aver fatto presente il disservizio e di volerci tener al corrente della situazione. Abbiamo aspettato un’ora al freddo e poi ce ne siamo andati, molto infreddoliti e molto indignati per la pessima gestione del servizio e dell’assistenza.

Buses only run every few hours and if it is full, you miss out - even though you pre-paid for a ticket. There are also two types of circuits - the Skyline (2h) and the Express (1h). This could be made more clear before purchasing tickets online.

It was one of the worst Hop-On-Hop-Off service, I have seen anywhere in the world. There was no stop anywhere. It was basically red line and green line tour of one hour each with poor audio quality.

Very Poor Tour - the driver forgot to turn on the audio guide. Little did we know that the audio was rarely on as the audio guide was lacking in information (quality) as well as quantity. For a one hour ride there may have been only 15 mins of an audio guide. Most of the trip there was no commentary along the route.
The tour was NOT hop on hop off. No stops. One bus took you on a 1 hour tour and returned to central starting point and you had to move to a second bus for the second 1 hour tour. The audio was so terrible that we didn’t bother with the 2nd tour.
1st hour was mostly commentary on sky scrapers. Limited information on history of area.
We would not recommend this tour. Go to the Information Centre in Old Town and ask for their walking tour. It covers all the important spots such as Old Town, Train Station, etc.

The worst in the world...sound terrible..
You choose English you get Russian choose French you get German etc...The driver was awful .avoided 2 accidents. The so called very u friedly female Guide (Irma) was absent she only chose to take money (22 euros) for a 18 euro trip of1 hour.No stops
In all never ever again.

Una estafa en toda regla. Compramos dos billetes en la estación de tren de Frankfurt. La señorita de la agencia nos informó y se anuncia en el panfleto que podíamos bajar y subir en el autobús a nuestro antojo en las paradas establecidas. Nada más lejos de la realidad. El autobús hizo el recorrido pero se detuvo solamente en dos paradas, o sea un recorrido exprés que nos costó 44.00€. Se anuncia que el billete en válido por 24 horas sin embargo los autobuses funcionan solamente de 10:00 a 20:00 horas. Muy poco espacio entre los asientos y el dispositivo para enchufar los auriculares sin información de uso. No lo recomiendo para nada.

i wish i would have read the reviews here first. this “hop on hop off” was not even an actual hop on hop off bus as it didn’t stop at any of the scheduled stops and took a route different from the one in the pamphlet. when we completed the full red line with no stops, they pulled up to a place where passengers could then get on a different bus for the green line. since our hotel was close to a stop on the green line, we asked if we’d be able to hop off there. the answer was “yes, in two hours”. that was confusing and a bit appalling to me and i thought perhaps it was a language barrier so i asked again, “we’d just like to take this bus and “hop off” at this point” while pointing to the preferred stop in the brochure. the person selling tickets responded in a very unfriendly manner, “yes, i just told you, in two hours”.
lucky you, you now know to avoid this nonsense false advertising terrible company.

What a rip off. The website advertises “several tours per hour” but doesn’t enlighten you when those tours leave. When the bus eventually arrived we had already bought the tickets online, and were told that it actually runs every 40 minutes in each line. My maths might be shaky but even I can count to 7.
The route doesn’t have much to show, but that’s ok as the headsets don’t work properly all the time either so you won’t miss as much as you would normally. That’s after you’ve been deafened by the bursts of static that periodically and loudly burst through.
As I purchased the tickets online the company was able to ask me for my opinions on email where they asked for direct feedback. I wrote back with a complaint and pointed out all the issues. They didn’t even bother to reply.
Don’t bother with this. It’s a waste of time, money and they don’t care enough to answer complaints
