First, it's a pretty poor show to get unjustifiably worked up here with such an "assessment". Secondly, it has reasons that were very well stated, different from what was presented. Thirdly, it can always happen that unexpectedly a tour cannot be carried out as planned at a certain time (it can happen always and everywhere, we are all just human beings). Fourth, these tours are not just interchangeable mass products, but experiences realized with great attention to detail, passion and great dedication. Fifth, every effort is made to accommodate customer requests, but sometimes things happen unexpectedly where tours can't be done as planned and of course a full refund is given or the tour can be made up at an alternative time if possible.
