Schlecht organisiert, tickets gekauft, 3 Busse haben uns nicht reingelassen. Insgesamt nach fast 1,5h nach Ticketabstempeln immer noch nicht im Bus gesessen. Für 20€ pro Person eine Frechheit.

Ik vind Keulen persoonlijk niet zo'n mooie stad. Uiteraard heeft het wel mooie elementen en die worden wel bezocht met deze tour. Ik heb veel hop on hop off tours gedaan, dit was veruit de minste.

Great sight seeing trip around Cologne on both side of the river. Visiting lots of different Christmas markets also including the zoo and botanical gardens.

One of the worst city bus tours I’ve been on. The driver wasn’t welcoming at all, and quite rude when I wanted to hop off at a stop. The audio system didn’t work at two different seat locations and when it did work, the information was bland and frankly uninteresting. Surely there’s more to Cologne than what was provided? Most of the trip took us through a bleak industrial area on the east bank of the Rhine. The western side of the city was more interesting but the audio was so bad that I stopped listening.

Es ist eine schöne Tour, die ungefähr 1,5h dauert. Die gelbe Linie hat uns persönlich besser gefallen, als die rote Linie - wir hatten das Gefühl, dass dort mehr Informationen über den Rekorder kamen. Der Busfahrer war super nett und überaus freundlich.
Vorteil der Tour: Man konnte jederzeit Aus- und Einsteigen, um sich die jeweiligen Sehenswürdigkeit anzuschauen. Weil man im Doppeldecker sitzt, hat man eine schöne Aussicht, die man beim Spazieren meist nicht wahrnimmt.
Nachteil: Durch den Stopp und Go Verkehr, laufen die Erzählungen über den Rekorder manchmal zeitversetzt. Manche Monumente konnte man aufgrund der vorhandenen Bäume/Büsche gar nicht sehen, sondern nur erahnen.
Insgesamt ist diese Tour wirklich ganz nett, da man eine schöne, schnelle Übersicht von Köln bekommt, wenn man nicht viel Zeit hat.

A nice way to get around and get to know the main tourist attractions in cologne i was expecting a tour that would provide the history of Cologne. I was a little disappointed but was ok and easy way to get around cologne

I was expecting a tour that would provide the history of Cologne. Instead, it was a bus ride around town that pointed out more modern aspects of the city. It is definitely an opportunity to see the city as it is quite large, but there was nothing in the recorded tour that was of true interest to me. At one point, there was a reference to an employment statistic at the broadcast station from 2005! The overhead speaker provides the tour in German, while at least a dozen other languages have earplugs to listen through. Dogs are allowed on board.

Very poor story about the city. They have to improve the audioguide. It's basically to take you from A to B. There was a driver that only knew how to speak german... I think it's essential to speak at least one more language since it's a tourist bus. Also he didn't know how to validate our tickets, was quite embarrassing moment because we couldn't communicate at all. I paid same price in other hop on and hop off buses that they offered more value for money.
