Thank you for your review. Apologies for the group size. It has never happened! We usually mark the group as sold out as soon as we reach 15 participants, but this time there was a glitch in the system that allowed more to book even after we did it. It's been sorted out, so it won't happen again!

This was one of the finest walking tours that I have ever taken. She was a historian and had come to Dresden to assist with the reconstruction/ restoration. Her knowledge of the city was fascinating. She was enthusiastic and interesting and none of us minded that she went long. I could have listened for hours. Well worth the time and money.

this was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. Karen is full of knowledge and is a fantastic storyteller - her tour ended with a few of us in emotional tears about the history of the city! She was easy to understand and engaging and we learned so much about this city in just a few hours. She even gave us 20 minutes extra time because my group was so full of questions which was very appreciated. after this tour we regret not staying in Dresden of a few more days. Highly recommend this tour to do first day!

Excellent tour of the old city with just the right level of information about the history without being overwhelming. Our guide, Helga, spoke very good English and was extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic value for money.

Beyond being a lovely woman, Laura was so knowledgeable and informative. Our group was only 7 tourists, so it felt friendly and intimate. It's a brief and exterior history of the city, but Laura is who you want to lead you. This is a great introduction to the places you will want to visit the next day, but also a perfect tour if you only have a couple of hours in the city. Highly recommend.

Even though our tour started in the rain, Mrs. Reimann made our tour group feel right at home and beautifully illustrated Dresden‘s enriched past. Her unique perspective, historical expertise, and professional showmanship brings the city‘s history alive in an exciting and captivating way. For any English speakers this is one experience you will not want to miss when visiting Florence on the Elbe.

What a great two hour introduction to the history and historic old section of the city. Our guide, Karen was energetic and clearly knew her stuff and had a background in historic/art restoration. The tour focuses on the most important and iconic buildings, but what made it special is how she framed the whole tour chronologically, starting with the Slovic inhabitants of the area, through the medieval arrival or Germanic peoples, the Renaissance, the pompous king/s, the Baroque era, through WW II and up to the present.
Full of interesting tidbits, she was lively, loud enough, funny and personable. Definitely glad I decided to go.

Hi, my friends Bob & Pam Andrews just took your tour with Seema. Myself and wife will be in Dresden June 24 but the website says you're booked. Is there any chance of sneaking us in sometime mid-morning or after?

I have contacted Seema. Your message was not delivered to her. She says that the public shared tour cannot be run on June 24 unfortunately. However, she has found another well-loved guide and set up a private tour on that day just for you, which can be run at the time you desire. Please book it fast if you are interested in that.
