We booked this tour well in advance for November 6, 2022, and we received a confirmation and at least two emails or text messages from the tour operator reminding us of the upcoming tour and the designated meeting spot. We were at that designated meeting spot twenty minutes before the 11:30 AM meeting time. No guide ever showed up. We waited until 11:50 AM, but no guide came. Since no other customers came, we guessed that the guide decided that it wasn't worth it to appear.
I have sent three messages to Trip Advisor, asking for a refund, but I have had no response. I have booked other tours through Trip Advisor in the past with no problems, but now I see that customer service apparently does not exist. I highly recommend that no one book this tour or any tour through Trip Advisor.

Do not buy this tour, read the reviews on here and Viator. we booked and was disappointed as we waited 40 minutes but no guide showed up. It was refunded but that isn't the point, we booked it so we could do a guided tour round Cadiz instead of just walking aimlessly, ended up doing a hop on hop off bus.

We really enjoyed our tour with Anita. She was enthusiastic, warm and very informative. The information was presented in context with stories and anecdotes. It was a relaxed fun walk through the city.

The tour was Ok and Anita was a good guide. The problem was that the meeting point changed (original was being redeveloped) and despite e mailing to ask if it was changed no word was sent so fortunately Anita eventually checked to see it we were at the original point. Not a great start or service

We were very disappointed with a "No Show" from our tour guide. We booked and paid in advance for this and we waited 40 minutes for the guide to turn 9up.
I used the contact process and sent 2 messages which remain unanswered. I also called the contact number advised . This was a +1 305 Florida number.
It makes no sense for TripAdvisor to give me a Florida number for an 11.30am Cadiz appointment with a 6 hour time difference.
I expect a full refund to my credit card
I also expect an explanation and an apology for the unacceptable inconvenience this caused.
I used the contact process and sent 2 messages which remain unanswered. I also called the contact number advised . This was a +1 305 Florida number.

Anita was polite professional and very informative during our tour (thanks).
It was her knowledge and personality which made the tour every bit as enjoyable as it was would definately reccomend this tour to future visitors to Cadiz.
My only thing to point out would be the wine is actually Sherry but with that said it was a very good quality Sherry.

Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and Herve flush was great. The local sherry & cheese were both very tasty and paired well together.
