Alfonso brought us on a beautiful hike in the mountains on the old Arab aqueducts overlooking the beautiful white washed town of Frigilillana. He explained the history of the town, looked at trees growing papaya, avocado, bananas, chirimoya, and olives. Then we tasted wine with tapas at a local bodega. It was a wonderful trip and Alfonso is a great guide. Highly recommend. .

This experience was wonderful and I highly recommend, whether you’ve been to Frigiliana before or not. Alfonso is everything you’d want in a guide and ensured that we had a perfect balance of sightseeing, learning about the area, and relaxing with plenty of wine and tapas.

UNPROFESSIONAL. I scheduled this tour over a month ago and I get an email telling me that basically told they are not "touring" that day. Cannot imagine why they did not block the day off on the calendar instead of waiting a week and a half until we take out trip.

We are very sorry to read this review. The path will be closed by the municipality on september the 20th in order to restore it. The trip was cancelled with 1 month in advance. The client threatened us with a bad review and here it is. Whenever you work in nature, there are some metheorological events, rockslides, clousures, etc which do not depend on us.

We enjoyed the hike. The local guide Alfonso was great! Provided some history and showed us around fringila and took some great photos to get to know the area. The wine and cellar/tapas weren’t extraordinary but to walk around and know something new in a less crowded environment was cool.

We spent a lovely 1/2 day with Alfonso exploring the town and the hills around it, followed by wine tasting and snacks. Highly recommend this tour for a little bit of lots of good things: exercise, culture, history, agriculture, stunning views and photography, and vino!

Super fin tur. Du oplever Frigiliana om morgenen før turisterne kommer. Byen er smuk og guiden fortæller små historier om byen og dens historie.
Vandreturen er langs vandingskanaler med udsigt til bjergene.
Turen sluttes af med vinsmagning og lidt tapas på en lokal restaurant.
Alt i alt en god tur, som alle kan være med på.

I'm so glad I did this, absolutely worth it. Alfonzo, the organiser, did an amazing job of making everyone feel introduced, involved and comfortable. Not only that, he went above and beyond and sent us all tips and recommendations for our stays in Málaga, and even helped me out via text with recommendations for another trip I want to make. Loved every minute of it, thanks.

An experience not to be missed!
Lovely village with white buildings and stunning views.
Walking in and along the canal with beautiful views! We heard lot of explanation about the culture, history and plants! Our group was very small and we didnt know each other but we had a great connection from the beginning. Alfonso is very knowledgable and he has good sense of humor so our hike was very fun! :)
Alfonso always made sure we were comfortable with the path we were on.
Simply fantastic trip!

This is the second hike experience I’ve been with Alfonso - I went to the Caminito Del Rey hike before and it was one of the best hikes I’ve had, so I was really excited to go on this Frigiliana Hike!
And this trip is everything! I feel so lucky and grateful, we encountered a total of 3 rainbows during the hike, it was as if they were following us hahah! The view that we get to see when we were up on the mountains was simply spectacular; I wouldn’t hesitate to come again just for the view along! It was a very relaxed and comfortable experience, getting to feel the nature this way. On the way Alfonso was explaining the culture and giving us insights which made us feel more immersed! Frigiliana is definitely one of the most beautiful villages I’ve seen! At the end we had wine tasting and it was a perfect end to an exciting adventure. You won’t regret going! Thank you very much Alfonso! :)
