Dear Marc, Nancie and the rest of the group, Thank you for your review. We had spoken on the internal messages on viator regarding your tour right after it happened and we were going to look into what had happened exactly. As you stated on the message right after the tour, your guide made you wait 10 minutes for the entrance tickets. First we would like to explain that the guide, for internal reasons doesn’t carry on the tickets are they are nominative and cannot be lost. Our personnel gives it to the guide on the day of the tour. In this case, we were 10 minutes late and Carmen started off explaining the map as we usually do, waiting for the tickets. On your trip advisor review you mention 30 minutes, but as spoken yesterday on the viator internal messages and with your guide Carmen, it was 10 minutes and we still are sorry for that and for having to start with the maquet of the alhambra explanation. For the duration of the tour, we are quite surprised because Carmen your guide was with you until noon. Being that the tour started at 8:30am, add the 10 minutes wait for the tickets, it was more than 3 hours. I have to say, we are sorry you didn’t enjoy Carmens tour as she is a very knowledgeable, experienced and profesional tour guide and customers have always spoken greatly of her. We have spoken to her as well regarding this point and she also noted to us that due to the 10 minute wait for the tickets (while being explained other parts of the Alhambra before entering) that the group was not with the best attitude towards her. Regarding the price for the tour that is sold on viator, this is always upfront and there are no extra costs, you are free to decide if you wish to book or not the experience. The guide also mentioned that the group was unhappy with the price even from the beginning of the tour, not giving her time to make you adore the Alhamrba and asking her how much she got paid for this service as the group paid a lot for the tour. We are once again sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t good with Carmen and with us during this tour. Customer satisfaction is highly important to us, and we would have liked for you to give us until Monday morning to see exactly what had happened and to get back to you as the tour was done on a Saturday.
