You will see both awful and excellent reviews for the tour. The awful ones focus on the chaotic check in and poor upfront info (true). But the tour itself is outstanding. Our guide was spirited, super-informative, funny and very engaging. It’s a comprehensive tour lasting for about three hours and the site itself is simply jaw-droppingly beautiful. You can stay on the grounds of the Alhambra until closing time afterwards. Make sure you bring your photo ID: this is a requirement of the Alhambra administrators, not the tour guide. You will not get in without your passport or drivers license, at least not without a lot of troublesome paperwork.

Bad and not recommended. They will tell you that tickets can only be made online and that you will not find them if you do not make them first, it is not true to go and make them on the spot cost less. We paid 86 euros per person for a visit that costs 18 and moreover on the ticket was indicated 10 euros and not the real price paid. They told us “taxes”, which sounds like FUCK

It lacks the value for money: a hasty trip with a bit of a listless guide.

Be careful!!! ALHAMBRA VISIT WITHOUT NASRID PALACE IS LIKE GOING TO CAIRO AND NI VISIT PYRAMIDS , don’t buy these rickets offered by tourist agency by My Top Tour espanha. You just pay a fortune for nothing. We reserved inexpensive month ago they offer tour of Alhambra without Nasrid palace for 85 euro , whilst the official price is half and include the palace. The visit is totally useless , don’t even come to Granada if you have not the possibility to visit them. On the formal view point they inform you that the visit doesn’t include that, but in practice why one should do it? On the ethical with point they should not offer Unfortunately there are many people not well knowledgeable (like is) and that think that Alhambra is Alhambra who has taken this super expensive useless ticket. They should be stopped by Granada tourist organisation , and they should be stopped buying amounts of admission ticket. So be careful:ALHAMBRA VISIT WITHOUT NASRID PALACE IS LIKE GOING TO CAIRO AND NI VISIT PYRAMIDS

The staff is terrible, very disrespectful, and not willing to help you. We booked a tour with 4 audio guides and they gave us a ticket(a small piece of paper), they never told us we needed to save this small piece of paper, they only told me we ended up returning the equipment of the audio guides. When returning the equipment the staff member told me that I needed the ticket and without the ticket, I could not return it and get my $200 deposit back, I gave her the 4 devices + the credit card that I use to pay and I asked her to find a solution because to me it was unbelievable to pay $200 for a small piece of paper, the staff member told in a very rude way to find a solution myself.

We booked two months in advance for 4 people with children the visit to the Alhambra and we are told to arrive 15 minutes in advance. We arrived 40 min in advance and are told that our shift is complete. That instead of the 10:30 shift we have to wait for the next shift, that the shift we reserved two months ago is complete. We get up early, we arrive early, and compensation for poor company planning... wait another hour. We planned to visit some palaces later that we will not be able to visit as planned, because of the poor planning of this company.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE THE VISIT WAS VERY QUICK ALMOST DOES NOT GIVE TIME TO WALK BEHIND THE GUIDE WHEN BOOKING IT WAS NOT CLEAR THAT THE NAZARI PALACES WERE NOT INCLUDED I FIND THE PRICE OF 45 € EXCESSIVE WHEN THAT TICKET GOES WITHOUT GUIDE 10.
