Great guide and tour, but the organisation needs to sharpen up

We booked what we thought was a limited group tour of the Alhambra, but ended up in quite a large group of tourists. On arrival we waited the best part of 30 minutes whilst two other tours in two other languages were sorted out and we were given our audio equipment. This could have been arranged better. The audio equipment crackled throughout, despite the sterling efforts of the guide to fix things. So those are the negatives.
The young lady who led our tour (L) was excellent, so knowledgeable, answered every question and (despite the crackling audio) made the visit a pleasure. We saw everything, seemed to get round the hundreds of visitors to see the key views and places and she was considerate of the group that she was leading. Well done!

A beautiful piece of history

The Alhambra is beautiful, the gardens, the buildings, and the history of the place I found fascinating. Our guide Jenny was extremely knowledgeable on the history of The Alhambra and made the tour very interesting. We had perfect weather for a walking tour and there is a lot of walking.😜
I would highly recommend a full day which included the tour. NOTE if you want to go inside the palace you will need to book well in advance however there is loads to see if you don’t get inside the palace itself. Also bring ID it is required.

Lett å finne guiden. Hun var veldig flink og hadde anbefalinger ellers for området også. Eneste skuffelsen var at vi var for sein til å få bill til Nasirpallasset

No incluye los palacios nazaries

La guía excelente. El recorrido es rápido y no incluye los palacios que es lo mejor. Lo recomiendo solo si es imposible comprar entradas en la página oficial del Alhambra donde son mucho más baratas e incluyen los palacios

I paid double so much for the ticket as it usually cost. They faked the official page so good, that I couldn’t see the difference! No service provided, no tickets per email, no audio guide I paid for!

An amazing tour of an amazing place!
This was an amazing tour of an amazing place. Our guide, Vincente, was so knowledgeable, giving us so much of the history behind the city of Granada as well as the Alhambra itself. We are not tour types but this was soooo much more than just a tour! It was a Spanish history lesson too!

Top tour is a scam

Full screen , overpriced even for free children tickets.
We fell in the trap because they sponsored Google and are on top of the list.
To avoid absolutely.
Eventually we paid 138€ for something worth 22€

Nunca más con Mytop tour

Compré las entradas hace mas de un mes en esta web sin darme cuenta que NO es la web oficial para comprar entradas para visitar la Alhambra (busquen Alhambra-patronato que depende de la Junta de Andalucía) así que después he comprobado que pagué más del triple de lo que hubiera costado en la web oficial. Una estafa. Además tuvimos la mala suerte que una de las 2 audioguías se estropeó y nos causó pérdida de tiempo hablar con esta empresa para que finalmente la solución fuera descargar su App para poder escuchar los audios que con los problemas de cobertura en la Alhambra no funcionaba en la mayoría de las veces. Como compensación nos han devuelto 4 € de los 78 € que pagamos por visitar solo Generalife, Alcazaba y Palacio Carlos V para 2 personas. Juzguen ustedes !
