The worst experience I’ve ever had. I had to go down from the top hill of the Alhambra to pick up the tickets in a small shop in town. We bough the tickets together and our were different. We had to pay 50% more for the tickets. Don’t even buy tickets through this people.

Et si comme moi vous vous êtes trompé, un message vous rappellera les conditions d'annulation, sans délai minimum prévu.

Cette société n'est pas digne de confiance

J'ai réservé une visite guidée en français de l'Alhambra le 15/08/23 pour le 22/09/23, avec cette société. Visite qui devait me couter environ 94 € pour 2 personnes.Le 13/09/2023 un certain José C. m'annonce que ma réservation a été annulée pour informations incomplètes. Ils ne se sont pas dégonflés et m'ont tout simplement remboursé. En regardant leur site j'ai vu que des places de libre subsistaient pour le 22, mais à 79.99€ l'entrée donc quasiment 70% plus chères. Est ce le fait d'avoir donné des informations incomplètes ou est ce l'appât du gain dans tout les cas cette société possédait toutes les données dont elle avait besoin notamment les numéros des passeports. Ces numéros sont réclamés même dans le cadre d'une Granada Card (ce que j'ai fait après coup, et nous avons visité l'Alhambra sans anicroche, mais sans guide ). Une astuce souvent sur place il y a des groupes avec des guides, s'y immiscer discrètement n'est pas interdit. Je déconseille cette société, il est juste dommage que je ne peux ajouter les mails reçus comme preuve de ma bonne foi

Awful and humiliating experience

Spanish Top Tour: Alhambra Tour with Stroller Prohibited

I am writing to review my experience with Spanish Top Tour on their Alhambra tour. I booked a ticket for myself, 8 family members and friends AND our 2-year-old son. I provided his age and passport details when booking, so the tour company was aware of his age.

When we arrived at the Alhambra, we were informed that strollers are not allowed on the tour. This was not mentioned to me when I booked the tour. Upon complaining I was whatsapped a text piece which is allegedly from their site. I did not check that and it was not mentioned via the booking or payment module. As a result, I was unable to take the tour with my son.

I spoke to the tour guide, Hannah, and asked if I could sit outside and wait until my son woke from his nap, deposit his stroller as requested and then join the tour OR if my wife and I could flex. She refused, saying that this was not possible. She then yelled at me through the intercom system in front of all the other participants on the tour. This was a particular humiliating and upsetting experience for our entire group.

I also tried to contact the tour company's customer support hotline, but the person I spoke to barely spoke English and therefore misunderstood my complaint - and eventually she just hung up on me! I also wrote to the company's official email address, but I received a response full of errors and naming Hannah a male, which she was not. The experience with the customer support was also very unprofessional.
I am very disappointed with my experience with Spanish Top Tour. I feel that they were misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone - with or without young children.

Informative and stunning

We participated in a guided tour of the Alhambra today🏰 the weather was absolutely perfect at 24 degrees when our tour started👌 I’m glad we had a guide, not only was it worth the $$ spent but it really was fantastic to have so much information about each garden, castle, palace and fortress! We easily could’ve taken a wrong turn and missed an entire segment. Climbing to the top of the watch tower was easily one of the most spectacular views we’ve seen and it was possible to take in the city in its entirety from that vantage point. The gardens were so gorgeous and there were so many incredible views

Great tour of Alhambra

I highly recommend our tour guide Natalia - she was fantastic and really made it a great tour. Her English was perfect, she could be heard clearly through the audio system, and she provided just the right level of detail as well as amusing anecdotes. She made the 3.5 tour glide by. There were stops as well for bathroom and liquid breaks. Make sure you book the complete tour with the Naserin Palaces.

Il sogno del Palazzo Nazaries

La email di conferma per l'acquisto non è mai arrivata.
A tre giorni dalla partenza del viaggio, scrivo, e mi vengono inviati i biglietti d'ingresso al Palazzo Nazaries, dove c'è scritto che l'ingresso è alle ore 14:00, di farmi trovare 15 minuti prima tra il bar e la cassetta della posta gialla fuori del monumento dove incontrerò una signorina con un grande ombrello arancione.
Nella email non erano contenute altre istruzioni.
Arrivo in perfetto orario all'appuntamento, ma dell'ombrello giallo nessuna notizia.
Nessuno sa darmi spiegazioni, neanche le persone addette all'ingresso.
Alla fine sono riuscito ad entrare solo all'Alhambra e solo dopo un'ora e mezza, ma ormai l'orario di visita del Palazzo Nazaries era passato.
L'unica spiegazione ricevuta è stata che nella prima email (di quasi tre settimane prima) c'era una indicazione della visita alle ore 12, che non veniva riportata nei biglietti d'ingresso ne nelle istruzioni per la visita guidata ne nella email di conferma.
