Our tour guide was really knowledgable and informative. The tour was well structured and the Alhambra/Generalife tale was conveyed to us with passion and great detail.
A tour guide was willing to take photos of ones who asked her to as well as to recommend the best city viewpoints, genuine quarters to visit and good restoraunts.
Tour took 3 hours (5PM-8PM).

We had a great tour of the Alhambra. Dealing with My Top Tour was fantastic. Everything went smoothly and everyone was very helpful. It was well organized and our guide, Pablo, was very knowledgeable. We recommend My Top Tour without hesitation.

Días antes del evento nos envían un WhatsApp desde la empresa top tour diciendo que no tendríamos guía y que nos habilitan utilizar audioguia (la cual hay que bajar al propio movil, mis compis se quedaron sin escuchar x no tener cascos- ) Llegado el día, pedimos que nos envíen las entradas tanto de alhambra, city pass, etc..en ese momento nos la envía y nos dice que nos cambia la hora del palacio nazari [(otra vez cambiando planes a última hora...casi no llegamos a la entrada por avisarnos con tan poca anticipación.
Nosotros pagamos alhambra completa con guía , -que no tuvimos , y city pass -que no nos enviaron tampoco.

We brought our tickets on the Internet thinking this was the official site to buy tickets, but we were surprised at our arrival at the Alhambra. The lady that controls the entrance door of the Alhambra refused to accept our entrance. After a long discussion, we finally went in. However, as we started the instructions from My Top Tour to download the audio guide in our mobile phones, we experienced that the audio guide didn’t work as most the building of the complete tour of the Alhambra do not have Wi-Fi. So, we did the tour without any information.
Our recommendation is to make sure you buy your tickets from the official site or in Granada, there you can get the real audio guides in all languages and are distributed inside the Alhambra.

TERRIBLE ... booked the tour 1 week before traveling and only found out it was canceled by the operator the day of the booking after checking the booking myself.. they did not even bother to send a notification about the cancelation ... cannot even believe viator deals with this kind of companies so will also avoid to use viator in the future!!

Te laat kaarten besteld voor bezoek aan Alhambra incl paleizen. Gelukkig toch via deze weg kaarten kunnen krijgen inclusief gids en het Engels. Deze jonge vrouwelijke gids vertelde vol enthousiasme over de geschiedenis en zij was goed verstaanbaar via de headset. De groep bestond uit 20 mensen. De excursie duurde 3,5 uur zonder dat we ons verveelden. Het was duur maar het zeker waard! De tickets bevatten een Granada pas voor 72 uur, helaas hebben we daar geen gebruik van kunnen maken

Made a mistake with the date when booking (at that time we were still in Córdoba) and realised it right after the booking. Sent several mails to them, but they did not even made the effor to answer.
They also pretend to be the official tour guide of the Alhambra, which they are not. Also the prices are much higher (more of the double) of the prices of the official tour operator. Shame on you 'My top tour promo'. Quit your job and look for another one!!

While you think you're dealing with the oficial organization, you're in fact in touch with a travel agency, whose added value is unclear. Yet the price is twice (or more) the oficial price. Not clear if you really will get a ticket. But clear you will be charged.
Piensas que estas con el alhambra oficial, pero estas con una agencia de viaje, sin que este muy claro cual seria su valor anadida. El precio que te cobran es dos veces el precio de la web oficial. No puedes estar seguro de tener entradas - pero puedes estar seguro que si que te van a cobrar.

Do not book with this company on line it is a con .Alhambra information centre stated that the tickets were useless without printout barcode appt not appropriate .No one from Company available to deal with issues .Do yourself a favour and save money book on the day at the Alhambra .I intend to seek compensation like many others who were conned on this site .
