Very badly done website that misleads.
So for the complete tour with Guide do not take the option at 98 euros
That does not specify that you are sold a granada card that is simply worth 57 euros.
Moreover, we do not send you the pass over the internet but only once in grenade or alhambra. This makes you lose a morning visit on the 3 days. All this for 30 euros more. Of course it's impossible to go back 2 minutes later, on the spot or whatever. Another company that rips off tourists.

Visit an iconic monument, the Alhambra, led by an incredible Guide, Juan Antonio. He's been able to combine history, anecdotes and squalls. With this, the 2.5h of the visit has become short.

This was the light of my stay in Granada. The tour was well-organized and the guide was very friendly and knowledgable. She spent plenty of time explaining the places and provided historical facts. I enjoyed meeting the other travelers as the group was small and manageable. The guide provided a lot of free time to take pictures as well as bathroom breaks.
I highly recommend using a local tour guide (like in this case) because they will give you extensive information as well as other recommendations (i.e., restaurants, flamenco shows, other tours). Great tour and the guide was so committed and very proud of being from Granada (or Grana....).

At the edge of the scam... I thought I bought tickets from the Alhambra site because they make you believe it and I realized only later that I had bought from a private agency at more than twice the original ones. Reading the various reviews I also learned that the PHYSICAL Guide was not a professional Guide but rather audio guides that I should have picked up at their agency (among other things at the same time I should have entered the Alhambra....) leaving a deposit of 50 euros per person, and we were 4!!
I preferred not to attend the appointment and use the Online Guide downloaded to my phone from their application
AVOID BUYING ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS AGENCY!!!

They're scammers. They sell you a general ticket for 48 € when it is worth 18. Then you have a demonstrable problem with documents for the day and time you’ve paid and they don’t feel like changing anything or paying you back. They pass the ball to the Alhambra board when it's fake. They are allowed some numbers and do not even have to give names of visitors. In my case, even they didn't know a person's name. That is, they didn’t want to change the tickets because they prefer to keep the money without giving anything and sell to others.
