Really enjoyed the whole day, the sherry tasting, the horse show and lovely Cadiz. Recommend. Manual was our tour guide and he was fantastic, friendly and helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Antes de todo, mencionar un par de cosas:
-1) En un principio, había contratado esta excursión con la agencia Naturanda, pero al final la llevó a cabo Andalsur.
-2) El programa que promocionan (en su página web) es el siguiente: visita en Jerez a las bodegas con degustación, espectáculo ecuestre y tiempo libre en Cádiz.
Dicho esto, paso a escribir la reseña.
Me llevé una sorpresa ya que el guía que nos acompañó fue Román, con quién había ido justo el día anterior a Córdoba y cuyo trato amable me encantó una vez más.
Sin embargo, la excursión en sí, con el cambio de agencia, parecía como si se hubiera planeado el último momento.
La visita a las bodegas, aún siendo interesante, no se realiza en el momento más adecuado, ya que tomar alcohol tan temprano y sin nada que picar no apetece.
El espectáculo ecuestre fue precioso (mencionar que no lo tenía incluido pero como compensación, supongo que por las molestias, no me representó ningún coste). No sabía que esperar y salí encantado. Además, las instalaciones del lugar tienen unos jardines muy bien cuidados.
En cuanto a Cádiz, el tiempo libre fue muy escaso. Sé que no es una ciudad muy grande, pero una hora más habría sido lo ideal.

Somos una pareja de viajeros por el mundo y esta vez regresamos a España para visitar Sevilla. Tomamos un tour con Viator Excursión de un día a Jerez y Cádiz desde Sevilla, con cata de vinos de Jerez, espectáculo de caballos andaluces y viaje en ferry. El cual esta empresa VIATOR NO CUMPLE con lo contratado y pagado. Son irresponsables e irrespetuosos. Nos citaron 9am en la calle el Rastro 12 Sevilla. Al llegar nos recibio un joven muy educado y amable su nombre Manuel el Italiano. De la empresa NATURANDA. Nos explico que el tour de ese dia no tenia paseo en ferry ni show de caballos Andaluces. Que Viator es un operador turistico y nos paso a ellos NATURANDA la cual no tenia ese tour en la agenda para ese dia y hora.
Felicito a la empresa NATURANDA. EXCELENTE. Su guia Manuel el Italiano se esmero por atendernos y en resumen tuvimos un dia maravilloso. Concimos la Bodega de vinos que es hermosa. Nos llevo al show de caballos Andaluces. Nos camino por Jerez y Cadiz, esta ultima preciosa. Almorzamos en un comedero tipico Español delicioso y a un precio super economico. Esta empresa y su Guia merecen 5 estrellas. Gracias por su responsabilidad.
Para VIATOR PESIMO SU TRABAJO. Aun estamos esperando su llamada o su correo. Nos deben el viaje en ferry y lo mas importante una disculpa.

Seeing the Andalusian horses perform was the highlight of my trip to Spain. The location of the sherry tasting was interesting an the sales people were not pushy at all. Why is a ferry ride advertised when it is only a scenic tour of Cadiz?. The very young guide was very helpful and informative.

We got confirmation that we would be picked up at our hotel in Malaga at 6:45 AM, fortunately we called the day before the tour and were told that since we booked through TripAdvisor and not directly with the tour operator we would not be getting picked up at our hotel but would have to get transportation to a pickup point somewhere else in Malaga. EVERYOTHER person on this tour was picked up and dropped off at their hotels or across the street from their hotel. One person was staying near Estepona on a golf resort. This pickup and drop off added at least an additional 30 minutes to the round trip as the bus driver had to double back on the highway due to the location of exits and on ramps to pick this person up. Yet I had to get transportation to get picked up in Malaga. Then of course there were stops in Benalmadena, Fuengirola,Mijas, Marbella and Estepona. It took almost three hours before we had everybody onboard the bus. The tour of the bodega is just so so, the highlight being the horse show. Cadiz is a nice walking town and nice beaches and views. Our guide Rosy was fantastic. I would not recommend doing this tour from Malaga.

Started with a early morning sherry tasting which was ridiculous. No-one wanted to taste sherry early in the morning and the guide was really only interested in selling the company’s product. Nothing to accompany the tasting.
It was downhill from there.
The tickets to the Horse show were booked last minute so we got the worst seats and the ferry/ Cadiz trip was cancelled because it didn’t suit the driver to pick us up from the destination.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared lots of history. However the horse show did not appeal and our seats were terrible. Hence the average rating. The sherry tasting was interesting and worthwhile. Cadiz was very busy but we had a lovely meal at La Nieve ( worth finding off the beaten path) and enjoyed seeing the ocean.

I loved the trip to Jerez and the horse show but as soon as we got to Cadiz our guide, Catherine, seemed uninterested in guiding us. We walked quickly through the beautiful city, she misstated facts of where we were, we didn't go on the tower tour for the photographs with no explanation given and then sat at the fair for 45 minutes - very disappointing.
