José Luis fue un gran tipo. La pasamos muy bien con él. Muy profesional y complaciente. Conoce muy bien si trabajo y la historia envuelta.

It was a worthwhile tour with a good well informed guide. The right amount of time to spend on Sherry and Cadiz.

We booked and paid £200 for the Jerez and Cadiz day trip. I am recovering from cancer and had to cancel on the morning of the trip as we discovered there was no toilet on the coach. My wife phoned, and we were told by Sara that we couldn’t get a refund, but could instead book another trip.
When we phoned later that day to arrange a replacement we were told this was not possible by a very rude woman (Mercedes) . She suggested that she would speak to her manager and call us back, but this didn’t happen.
We phoned again the next morning and were dealt with by another rude member of staff, who said no refunds or switches were possible, but we could have discount for another tour!
The customer service here was non existent, and the company couldn’t have been less helpful. I would avoid them at all costs, there are plenty of other options.

This is a very good tour to take to explore more than just Seville when going to Andalucia. The tour of the sherry vineyard was good, and I learned a lot that I never knew about types of sherry and how they are made. Cadiz was beautiful and something I was glad I visited. Our guide, Jose Luis, was very knowledgeable and started the tour immediately upon getting on the bus with a lot of interesting things about Sevilla as we drove out of town and along the way. He gave us a lot of tips and options as to where to go in Cadiz, even suggestions as to the good places to have lunch.

A pesar de que el día tuvo un clima adverso, tuvimos un excelente guía, José Luis, que hizo el tour muy llevadero e interesante.

El tour está muy bueno, el guía José Luis muy atento a todas las necesidades y preguntas de la gente. La visita en la bodega de jerez está muy bien (incluso si no te gusta mucho el Jerez) y Cádiz es hermoso (incluso si el clima no te acompaña y el viento es muy fuerte). El guía se dio el trabajo de adecuar el tour para el clima que se venia y al final que la lluvia no permitía hacer nada nos dieron un paseo en el minibús por la ciudad, minibús que por cierto es muy cómodo y hasta tiene puertos usb para cargar los teléfonos.
