El tour esta bien, algo apurado pero en general interesante. El servicio con Naturanda pesimo, tardan mucho en contestar mails o whatsapps incluso cuando es urgente, no tuvimos nunca un responsable con quien coordinar o contactar y que nos den una respuesta inmediata.
El bus llego una hora tarde por nosotros y si no es que hablamos directamente a las oficinas, no nos hubieran comentado de que el chofer tenía un atraso. Siempre que quicimos información y mandabamos mail o WhatsApp no teniamos respuesta.
Lo peor fue al regreso, sin avisarnos, nos dejaron en medio de una carretera a las 10:30 de la noche, sin ningun medio de transporte a nuestro hotel. En Jerez no hay Uber y no teniamos ningun telefono de taxis. Fue una pesadilla salir de ahi

Tenia reservado el paseo a Marruecos desde 3 meses antes, justo el dia del paseo, en el autobus me enteré que necesitaba visa para ingresar a Marruecos. Creo que la agencia pudo haber adevertido esta situación. Luego ya montada en el Autobus no podia hacer nada más, me cobraron el 50%, creo que no fue justo.

First of all, our Tangier guide Jamal, was wonderful: very proud of his culture, enthusiastic, positive, and overall very knowledgeable. However, as a private tour, we felt it was more like a list routine stops that all tours do. It did not feel customized to our interests. For instance, we did not want to shop at little shops. The lunch was mediocre. I feel we should’ve done a group tour and saved a lot of money.

La experiencia con el personal de Sevilla fue bueno. No obstante, en Tanger el guia nos mostró de manera muy atropellada la ciudad de Tanger y nos llevaba a lugares muy especificos para que hicieras compras. No tuvimos tiempo para casi nada con excepción de comprar en los sitios predeterminados por el guia.

Muy linda experiencia en un día para recorrer Punta Tarifa, cruzar el estrecho de Gibraltar y llegar a Tánger para recorrer sus calles, almorzar en restaurante típico, visitar sus miradores paronamicos y pasear en camello.

This was a long day (15 hours) but well worth it. The 2-hour drive to Tarifa was pleasant and the guide and driver were professional. The ferry passage was fun and the weather glorious. Everything went off without a hitch and we were met at the ferry dock by Rashid, our guide for the day. A natural entertainer, Rashid laughed easily from start to finish while providing us with much information about his city and its culture. Some in our group rode camels and got a kick out of that. Lunch was spectacular (cous-cous; chicken bits on skewers; soup; bread; fresh orange juice) and the musicians added charm. Stops at Jewish synagogue; weavers shop; and medicinal oil shop within the Medina (Old Town) were worthwhile. Of course you could buy whatever struck your fancy. Somewhere along the way I misplaced my return tickets for the ferry. To say I was upset was understating things. But Rashid to the rescue who secured new tickets. Cost me an additional 40 Euros but a bargain as opposed to missing the return trip to Seville. This day really put the word "foreign" in foreign travel; one of the highlights of our two months abroad.

We did a private tour so was pretty pricey overall. We were called and told our ride to the ferry would be with another couple then would be private. Our driver Ray was excellent. He told us everything we needed to know, was very personable and took us both to and from our ferry to Morocco. Our guide Mohammad was at best average. He seemed much more interested in just getting us through each thing instead of letting us enjoy it. He discouraged us going into the caves, and once we were touring the city, seemed more interested in talking about the houses owned by wealthy foreigners than the history of the place. He rushed us through not even letting us stop in shops for a few minutes but he would stop and chat a few minutes with someone on the street constantly. The tour seemed more about impressing us with the wealthy people who lived there and how popular he was than in focusing on our tour and what we wanted to learn and see. We found the snake charmer on our own by asking around to the locals during our free time. Once back in the van, comparing notes with the other couple they had a very different experience with their guide. As others have said, the funneling you into the rug presentation and the argon oil hard sell is incredibly irritating considering what we paid for the tour. I have it a 3 because overall the tour is good, the guide Mohammed is at best average and seemed more interested in what he wanted to do than us. He even commented about how many people complained about him. You’d think this agency would address the concerns but it seems they’re okay with it. My advice. Don’t pay for the private tour unless you’re guaranteed a excellent guide.
