Great time on this cruise. Excellent boat with an amazing staff. Nice welcome snack and drink. Additional cocktails were inexpensive .

Like many others we didn’t even get on board. Couldn’t find the dock and after ringing the organisers twice we were given contradictory instructions. Spoilt our wedding anniversary. To avoid our bad experience please note that the meeting point/dock is tiny, very hard to spot and more than half a kilometre south of all the other boat trips. We didn’t see it until we were on one of the big boat trips which we paid for last minute to salvage something. Good luck!

No sé en qué se basa para decir que muchos otros no llegan. Estábamos completos en la hora de su tour (16 pasajeros) y llegaron 14, todos menos ustedes. Los organizadores, somo usted dice, le enviamos un correo con todas las instrucciones y foto del punto exacto. Si no lo leyó, está claro que no, utilizando Google Maps se llega a la perfección. Es más fácil escribir en contra de nuestra empresa que admitir que no fue puntual. Nadie se podrá creer que damos instrucciones contradictorias a nuestros clientes, por favor, seamos serios y honestos.

Took the 7:30pm-9pm cruise. Although instructions to meeting/start point are accurate, it’d be good to have a sign with their name on it there, just to give more confidence re being in correct place.
Cruise was nice & great way to get some orientation to the city on arrival.

Quando su visita una città come Siviglia in pochi giorni si passa in modo frenetico da un’attività all’altra, percorrendo molti km. La mini crociera sul Guadalquivir è stata un piacevole diversivo, per la tranquillità e la per possibilità di ammirare la città da un’altra prospettiva. Siamo stati anche fortunati perché sull’imbarcazione abbiamo trovato Aurora, una giovane guida italiana, gentilissima e preparata, che ci ha dato le principali informazioni nella nostra lingua madre :-) buono il rapporto prezzo-prestazione che comprendeva anche un drink di benvenuto e alcuni stuzzichini.

Estuvimos hace unos días 3 Zaragozanas y fenomenal. Eva, Blas y Josué nos trataron fenomenal y todo el rato estaban pendientes que no nos faltara de nada. Estuvimos hablando un buen rato con Eva y Blas y Blas nos iba contando cosas de la ciudad muy interesantes. Josué un capitán excelente. Gente muy agradable y atenta. Repeteríamos el tour cada 15 días si viviésemos en Sevilla.

Everything was exactly as we hoped for. The boat left on time, and was spacious and clean. Our guide Aurora had ensured great seats for us together at the front on the upper deck.
Our tapas (Iberico ham and Manchego cheese) were delicious and Aurora was very friendly and helpful - giving us lots of information as we sailed along the river. A very nice way to spend the early evening.
