Jorge was entertaining, gracious and informative. We enjoyed this class so very much- shopping for ingredients, strolling through town, prepping the food, discussing cooking techniques and eating! I would highly recommend this !

Jorge provided an excellent, informative four hour cooking experience. It included a short history of Zaragoza, a tour of the market, and cooking a four course meal. Jorge explained the layout of the market and information about the different foods. We then walked to a modern cooking school where we assisted with the cooking. Jorge explained the cooking process and gave detailed information about the ingredients used. Thank you Jorge for delicious food, a wonderful time, and insight into life in Zaragoza.

Ich verbrachte 4 sehr interessante und intensive Stunden mit Jorge. Zuerst kauften wir im Mercado ein und ein wenig später standen wir schon am Herd einer modernen Küche. Wir kochten leckere Sachen und ich kann diesen Kochkurs sehr empfehlen 👍

Le guide était super. Très belle activité à faire pour apprendre à cuisiner les produits locaux, et ce, même si tu ne t’y connais pas trop en cuisine.

We had a lovely day with Jorge, going to the market and then cooking. Jorge provided us with a nice overview of the town, the market and the local ingredients available. All of the food we cooked was delish, and the menu was far reaching, including tomatoes in season, lovely ham, Spanish omelet, a new vegetable (to us), paella and a french toast-like dessert. We loved the literal and figurative local flavor and Jorge was a really pleasant and engaging guide.
We specifically picked the town because of this class (it was on our way to Barcelona)--we loved both the charming town and the class.

I had a great day with Jorge: loved the market, the recepes, the cooking school and the great talks, both food and Zaragoza history. I will certainly be able to use my new skills when back in my home kitchen.

Dit was een pure Spaanse beleving!
Uitstekende begeleiding en heerlijk eten en drinken.
Het bezoek aan de markt was erg leuk en na een wandeling door de stad de kook studio in.
Typisch Spaanse gerechten gemaakt en veel opgestoken in later weer toe te kunnen passen.
De paella met ribbetjes van lam was een verrassende creatie en erg lekker.
De persoonlijke benadering van Jorge was hartverwarmend!
Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Uitstekende begeleiding en heerlijk eten en drinken.

Jorge was awesome. We met as scheduled, on time, and he gave us a nice condensed version of Zaragoza, very informative and helpful. We then went into the beautiful market to hand pick local fresh produce, cheese, sausauge and lamb for today's feast. We had a very short walk to his beautiful store/cooking area, very modern, super clean and wonderful. Our interactive day was just perfect. Jorge created some wonderful, dishes, apps, and desert. We can not say enough about how awesome Jorge and his presentation was. The highest recommendation, not kidding.

Hi thanks Jorge . I had a lovely day today it was so nice to see everything cooked from the market to table and the food was really nice too. I really enjoyed it. I will try to recreate when I get home. Marie ( Ireland.)

The best thing we did in Zaragoza! Jorge was lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and its history, and gave us great recommendations for the rest of our trip. He took us for a market tour and then a cooking lesson - the shop where we had the lesson also had some great products to buy too. Lots of delicious food and wine - definitely go with an appetite!
